So much misinformation out there, it is hard to determine what is accurate and what is not. Some say TM was 6'3" and 140 lbs, some say slightly heavier, etc. Official autopsy had him at 5'11" and 158 lbs. Most say he was a visitor, and some say he and his dad were staying with his girlfriend. Witnesses are now changing their stories.
People are going to believe what they choose to believe, possibly making this a very long thread. Because of so much misinformation, I am going to wait for the information to come out of the trial. The only true winners here will be the attorneys and the attention grabbing whores.
I stand corrected, although I don't think that "staying at the significant other of his father's girlfriend" is significantly different under the circumstances, so I'm not sure how much anybody could be misled. To the people who keep rambling on about the "right" to ask anybody a question, they have a "right" to tell you to go fuck yourself. Now, if Zimmerman did this and got that response, prompting Zimmerman to shove Martin and/or grabbed him by the lapel, and proceeded to get the snot beat out of him, the contention that Zimmerman is blameless if he pulls a gun and kills Martin is ludicrous-even the guy who WROTE that dumb ass law in Florida says that this situation doesn't apply to stand your ground. Did that actually happen? Who knows? But to act like it's a done deal that Martin was the aggressor because of some bullshit "defensive wounds" is laughably stupid-as is the contention that the police should be believed because of what Martin told them(ESPECIALLY this particular police force). Zimmerman has already told a number of lies that we know about(his head was banged on a concrete sidewalk for a a full minute? Yeah right!) and, I suspect, some that we DON'T know about yet. He'll be in jail or dead in 5 years. I don't believe in capital punishment, let alone vigilante justice, but, one makes exceptions...

Investigators concluded that he “has told substantially the complete truth in regards to this examination.”
Zimmerman, the report noted, “was classified as No Deception Indicated (NDI).”
Along with questions about whether his first name was George and if it was Monday, Zimmerman was asked, “Did you confront the guy you shot?’ He answered, “No.” He was also asked, “Were you in fear for your life, when you shot the guy.” Zimmerman replied, “Yes.”
Before the CVSA test, Zimmerman--who was apparently not accompanied by legal counsel--signed a Sanford Police Department release stating that he was undergoing the examination “voluntarily, without duress, coercion, threat or promise.”

I actually thought that was the exact person who was shot when they showed that cute little boy. Then a week later someone at work showed me the other pictures. It made a big difference in my thought process in the whole incident that night.
