The trend is evident.
I haven't for one called anybody out, I did have the time to read everything, so I did.
I still think both parties are world class stupid, but the charge doesn't fit what happened here.

The trend is evident. Get angry, call a guy an idiot. That's a very reasonable way to have a discussion for sure.
The trend is evident. Only an idiot asks someone the same fucking question over and over again when its already been answered!!!!!

Someone may want to bookmark this thread unless you guys plan on arguing about it for at least the next 4½ months.

The George Zimmerman second degree murder trial for killing Trayvon Martin will not begin until October at the earliest thanks to Zimmerman and his attorney waiving his right to a speedy trial.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara filed two documents in a Seminole County, FL circuit court arguing that they needed more time to prepare and wouldn’t be ready to go to trial until October, if even that soon. But this isn’t too much of a shock as legal experts say that this is common practice, according to the article.
Florida’s rules of criminal procedure require that suspects charged with a felony be brought to trial within 175 days of their arrest, unless those defendants ask that the right be waived…Kenneth Nunn, a professor and criminal law expert at the University of Florida, said that prosecutors are likely pleased to have the extra time, given the expert witnesses to line up and police audiotapes to analyze. Nunn said the trial might not begin until spring 2013.

I'd agree with all of this but add that Martin instigated it as well by punching Zimmerman in the face.

I'm not sticking up for Martin's thug mentality. I don't like thugs and I do my best to stay away from them. But I also do not like wannabe cops because they cause these stupid situations. I can definitely see myself drunk walking home and if some guy finds me sketchy and follows me, I'm not going to be polite to them at all. Call the police, don't chase me and put me in a situation that will likely end up with me doing something stupid. It's just inconceivable that you think what Zimmerman did is acceptable behavior of someone who is carrying a firearm on them. What the hell was he going to do when he caught up to Martin? Tackle him and wait til the police came?

Calling me names again? Standard.

For the record, no, you did not answer how you felt the situation happened from the moment he got out of the SUV until Martin was shot. Will note you refuse to provide an opinion.

Ok, prepared for you to call me an idiot and your next post.

AK, he did catch up to him and they talked. I don't think what Zimmerman did was smart but it has nothing to do with him having a gun IMO. I just don't think he's very smart.

It's also plausible that Martin threw his skittles at George to provoke him. If so that was not good at all. :ohno:

Ok, let it go. Just hate guys in here that won't offer up their opinions. Doesn't make sense to even be here if you don't have an opinion.

Take it easy........wabitch is just another forum troll....

I'm surprised he does not put you on ignore already. The old fuck from Indiana got his ass kicked daily in this forum, when nothing else works, ignore is his last line of defense.

wabitch and akphidumb add great entertainment to this forum. Maybe we should start paying them....

You sure do throw that "L" word around a lot don't you? I said he received a DNA and Voice test. That's all I said. If that's a lie, I guess I'm going to get struck by lightening.

I believe from the evidence, witness statements and police reports, Martin punched Zimmerman in the face. I guess if that makes me a liar as well then lightening will strike me twice.

We also know if Martin had not punched Zimmerman, he'd be alive.

I don't "throw it around" I USE it, because it applies. You're big on various degrees of lying, including by omission: you believe that Martin punched Zimmerman in the face is NOT the same as Martin started the fight, period-see how that works? I say that Zimmerman wasn't given a blood test, which is true, and you throw in DNA and Voice test-what do those have do with determining if he was on something???? I repeat, We DO know that Martin should have kept his ass in the car, if he had we wouldn't be having this conversation.

We also know that this conversation wouldn't be taking place had he not assaulted Zimmerman as well. Is that incorrect?

Martin may have drag George out of his car and although George may have resisted, it was to no avail! This is what i think could have occured!

If so, Martin should of left that dude alone imo!

You do realize that all the evidence has not been released yet, correct? It's been stated in many reports that the prosecutor still has about 10% of evidence that has not been made public. I have given you my opinion of this case based on what facts I know. I have told you numerous times, I will not speculate on what happened when I do not know all the facts. Here is a piece from an article I just read and will post the link so you can read it for yourself that no one else has mentioned yet.

One witness told police he saw Martin pummeling Zimmerman like a mixed martial arts expert: "The one guy on top in the black hoodie was pretty much just throwing down blows on the guy, kinda MMA style."

But another witness description is murkier: "Saw a fist fight, just fist, I don't know who was hitting who, and I went back to turn off the stove, and by the time I walked by I heard a shot."

Some of the case's most important evidence has yet to be made public, including Zimmerman's three interviews with police, and his cell phone records. CBS News learned that includes texts Zimmerman sent after the shooting. Some of them disparage leaders of "Justice for Trayvon" rallies with language described as offensive.

So, it looks like someone also saw a fist fight. But he doesn't know who was hitting who. He doesn't say he saw one guy punch the other and then get on top of him. Just a fist fight. So, like I have submitted all along, who started this fist fight? Unfortunately, no one except Zimmerman knows. Martin had a bruised eye and we do not know when he got this bruise. Could it have been during this fist fight and if so, who threw the first punch? These are all questions that still need to be answered and until they are I won't speculate as to what happen. And its obvious the prosecution still has some key evidence that we have not seen yet. Whether this evidence has any real value remains to be seen.
