Have you given up yet?

Game, match, point. This is all the jury needs to see. 5 years minimum. Can't go stalking people and not expect to get beat up!!

"At 2:07 minutes into the police call Zimmerman says "he's running.". At 2:37 into the call Zimmerman tells the dispatcher, "he ran." When Zimmerman reported that Martin had started running the dispatcher asked him if he was following and he affirmed that he was. The dispatcher said, "We don't need you to do that." Zimmerman said "OK". Zimmerman said he couldn't tell the dispatcher the address of his current location, but tells him the numbers of his street address and then at 3:35 adds "Oh crap, I don't want to give it all out. I don't know where this kid is". Asked if he "wanted to meet with the officer" Zimmerman at first agreed to the dispatcher's suggestion that he meet the police by the mailboxes, then asked, "Actually, could you have him call me, and I'll tell him where I'm at?", to which the dispatcher replied, "no problem". Zimmerman appears to hang up at the 4:05 mark. The recording ends at 4:11."

Please apologize!

That's what I thought. It's a very violating thing, man. Not only do you lose your hard earned stuff but from that moment on you never again feel safe in your home, much less anywhere else. If you have a wife or kids or older folks, it is constantly on your mind that they could be in danger. If you are the wife, or kids, or old folks, you are constantly in fear - to different degrees depending on your makeup. Or you get a bit angrier at the society that you live in.

You demonize Zimmerman for trying to protect the people in his neighborhood from just those fears or angers. Although I don't agree with much of what you post on this board I do consider you an intelligent person with intellect. So I find it rather incredible that you want to persecute a guy who was literally putting his life on the line to protect others in his neighborhood. That guy is a brave hero in my book.

Am I glad that Martin got shot? No. I'll bet Zimmerman is not either despite the fact that the kid beat him pretty good. What happened was unfortunate, but Zimmerman was doing a heroic thing that went bad. That's it.

Now back to Alaska. I don't know what the laws are there now, but you can bet that in your grandpa's day that if someone was caught breaking into someone else's place, he woulda been shot. No questions asked. And the shooter woulda been supported by his community.

So why is it wrong for someone to be trying to protect those in his neighborhood from such an occurrance. If the guy is going to do the job he volunteered for he will be asking questions of people he deems suspicious. Those people have no right to start beating the crap out of him because they don't like to be questioned. It appears that's what happened. And unfortunately the beater got shot. Shit happens when you don't respond properly in life in all kinds of situations.

Lay off Zimmerman. He was trying to do a good and brave thing for his neighbors. He wasn't the punk here.

5 years min!
You know hockey.
You know football.
You know money.
You come up short in the law department.

Zimmy is going to stand trial on second degree murder.
Second degree murder is 25 years (not 5 years) minimum, life maximum.
Also, the onus of the prosecution is to prove the death was *intentional*
Based on the interviews of the witnesses to date, it sure as hell looks like self defense.

Remember, the charge is second degree murder, *not manslaughter*, and based on every thing the police, defense, and prosecution has to date, there is no way second degree murder fits the bill here.

If the prosecution went for a manslaughter charge, team Treyvon had a half a chance, second degree murder, as defined, with the evidence that has been collected so far, not a chance in hell.

Sorry, that's the way it is.

99% of us in this thread here know what happened very clearly that night.

George Zimmerman approached a guy in his neighborhood he thought was suspicious. When he walked up to him, the little want-to-be gangsta thug got pissed off and physically attacked Zimmerman. He was beating his head into the ground and Zimmerman shot his ass and he died.

Little bastard got what he deserved. Case closed. You don't physically attack people, put your hands on them because you never know when a person is packing or what they are capable of.

Justice was served that night. Poor little Trayvon is such a victim. Little smart ass bastard was in that neighborhood because his dad didn't want him serving his HS suspension around friends. He'd been suspended three times and this time because the school found drugs in his backpack and he had drugs in his system.

Little bastard got what he deserved and Zimmerman should be given an award for saving us all the pain this bastard would've caused society as an adult. May you not rest in piece shit head.
LOL, finally your true colors show...

It's so simple if you don't ride the short bus. Defend himself from WHAT? From a guy asking him a simple question on the street? Defend himself FROM WHAT? You hope I would beat someone's ass for asking me a question? WHY WOULD I FIGHT A GUY FOR ASKING ME A QUESTION ON THE STREET?

Why would I preemptively punch a guy for asking me a SIMPLE QUESTION ON THE STREET? This is what criminals do. This is what thugs do...how they operate. Just punch a guy.
But wait a minute. you said you don't know what actually happened that night. Now you are saying Martin punched him just because Z asked him a question. How do you know that if you don't know what happened? How do you know Z did not attempt to strike Martin first? Or is this not possible? You know everything so you tell me....

I don't know if Z approached him or if Z talked to him and then walked away or how that piece happened. What I do know is Martin physically assaulted Z and got what he deserved.

yet another person diagnoses Vitterd with pathological lying.

The guy is the worst case of pathological lying I've ever seen. he really needs help.

I gave him a 1-800 number to call, but he refused to get help.

So sad.

Didn't he say earlier a guy was on Fox News before Fox News was even on the air?

I caught him posting fake quotes about Sean Hannity, and when he got caught, he just kept lying and saying the
quotes were true - of course with absolutely no evidence to back them up.

The guy is a total sociopath.

It's funny Bill, I didn't bother wasting my time with Pee Wee Herman's thread but I think Enfuego completely outclassed the idiots over there. With that said, I refuse to try this case through the media as none of us really have enough information to make any kind of decision. I will say however, that as more and more info comes out on this case, it just makes the morons who have decided they will be judge, jury, and executioner look more and more foolish by the day.
BFL...

Here is a post that your hero Enfuego posted in the other thread. Now who exactly has decided they will be judge, jury and executioner?

I'll continue to kick sand in your face until you admit you're out of your league. The guy that punched the guy in the face instigated and started the fight. Who instigated this physical confrontation again?

We will never find common ground. I personally think it's alright to attack someone who is actively following you. What if that person is a molester, has a gun, or wants to hurt you in some way. I will never understand why you think it is alright to do what Zimmerman did, in terms of following him in a vehicle and following him on foot at night. How the hell was Trayvon supposed to know who or what this guy wanted. Following someone in this manner is an act of aggression and you are on your own.

The evidence points to Zimmerman acknowledging that the kid was running away and he acknowledges that he was following him. You keep acting as if Zimmerman was just some innocent guy minding his own business. Now you even create a post about walking your dog and someone just popping out of no where and beating your ass. That's not even remotely a close comparison. Trayvon would have had a great case of self defense if he wasn't shot and killed.
