How do you know this? How do you really know how you would act in a situation like this. What kind of 'hood do you live in? White? Mixed? Do you feel danger when you go to the store, or go out to eat locally? My guess is no. In that 'hood maybe the people there do feel danger with their day to day activities.

If you did CC and you were in a high crime 'hood and that was something most did to CC, and you were getting you head banged against the ground by a bigger tougher guy, your first instinct would be what? Would you let him possibly kill or permanently maim you? You dont know becasue you werent there, in that situation. my instict would to be to survive, and if that meant to pull agun if I had one legally, id do it. You fucking A right Id do it. Some of you guys have never been in a fight in your life, but you talk so tough, like you would act different in that situation. If you grow up tough, I know you would act completely different when faced with a potential life and death situation, if you grew up in tough area. You would have too, to survive!

I assume when the words like pussy and coward are used, along with the ages as a foundation of your argument, using the word "tough" is well within means. I assume also that there is no 17 year old in this world that couldn't work you over. Lastly, it is safe to assume that if a 17 year old kid was working you over (which according to you is impossible, but let's act as if it was) and as he is pounding your head he is telling you he is going to kill you....at that time you realize you have a gun, you would just take the beating. If someone is on top of me, whaling away, and I feel my life is threatened (which is different than just getting your ass beat)....you better believe I am slinging lead.

I think its humerous a grown man walking up on a kid after following him and then gets his ass whipped. But then to pull out a gun??? Thats the definition of a coward. If you follow someone and get your ass whipped, it kinda goes with the territory.
Ive lived in the inner city's of western Pennsylvania all of my life in both Pittsburgh and Erie. Up until recently (3 years ago) i start living outside of city limits. I grew up around a mix of white and blacks. I can honestly tell you i never lived in a gated community. Its a gated community in Florida, let that one soak in. Not exactly the mean streets. The dude was carrying despite the fact that as a neighborhood watchman its not allowed according to the sheriff office there that help start up said watch. He calls up the police because he was suspicious looking. A kid wearing a fucking sweatshirt at what, 8pm???? Then this tool follows the kid and then kids his ass whipped. He deserved it. Did the 17 year old deserve to die? No.

It's easy to be a tough guy 'till you think your life is actually in imminent danger. Fear and adrenalin take over. Age and size are secondary factors. Smaller people kill bigger people.
