Decent value considering nobody knows what will happen in the All Star game. In either situation, I am getting a lot of value considering the West money line for the game is -145, and the money line for the East is +125. So in either situation, I am gaining value, whether it be from +125 to +150, or else, best case scenario as far as value goes - If the East is leading after the first quarter, then I get the West to win the game at +150, rather than -145.

Let's be honest, nobody knows what will happen in this game, either team could win by 20, or this game could be 3 overtimes. Just put your money where there is some decent value. I personally hope that the East is in the lead after the first so that I get the most value on the West.

If the West is leading after the first and wins the game, won't you end -200. I see the value in West +150 if East is leading after 1, but is it worth the risk (my brain is shot right now)?

If you think the game is a 50/50 chance (which according to the oddsmakers it isn't), but assuming it is:

East wins 1st quarter, win game: +25 Units
East wins 1st quarter, lose game: +50 Units
West wins 1st quarter, lose game: +50 Units
West wins 1st quarter, wins game: -200 Units

Again, assuming an equal chance of each of them happening, there's a 25% chance you lose 200.

I don't have a lean towards who will win, nobody can predict the All Star game. You can pick a side and say your team is stacked, well no shit its stacked, haha.

I just want a money line bet for good odds. I am getting a team (that will be chosen after the first quarter) at +150.

If I were to pick a money line right now, all I can get is +125 or else -145. So I am getting better odds on a straight up winner, and it doesn't really matter which team is ahead after the first, I'll take either team. I'm trading my decision on a side for better value. The first quarter will pick my team, but that is fine with me.

Where is the -200 coming from?

I am betting $50 to win $75 on this prop, and that is my only bet.

East wins first quarter: East wins game -$50
East wins first quarter: West wins game +$75
West wins first quarter: East wins game +$75
West wins first quarter: West wins game -$50

I understand that the West is favored, but either way I will be given a money line on a team at +150

The East is +3, yet they opened at +4.5. The line is moving closer to a pick'em, yet the prop for largest lead of the game is now -135 for Over 17.5, it was -125 yesterday. So this is saying that a team will have a lead as big as 18-20...yet the final score is going to be West by 3 points? Everything is random in the game tonight, so I don't get what's wrong with my bet getting good value.

I have a 50/50 chance of winning 3/2 on my money.

Also notice: This is a party bet, not a strategic angle based on trends, line-ups, stats...

After the first quarter, I will be given a money line play, either:

East Money Line +150 (compared to +125)

or

West Money Line +150 (compared to -145)

I'm not sitting here saying that I love the West money line. I have no lean on who will win this game. I see now that you guys are thinking I like West money line, and if they win the first quarter then it goes to -200 if I like the West. I don't care which team is ahead after the first quarter, I just want a money line at +150, and its just a random bet that you guys are overthinking way too much. I'll gladly take either team on the money line with these odds.
