Are starters decided purely on most votes by the fans, or do coaches have a say in who starts?

I believe its a combination of both, but the fans have a greater voice.

How about in the NBA? I'm looking at the LeBron James prop they have.

Sun 2/1 Will Lebron James start in 2004 NBA All-Star Game?

Dave, with all his hype LeBron starts no question.
Iverson will get other spot, but I was wondering do they list McGrady as a guard or forward on the ballot?

The biggest problem in all of sportsbetting is the opinionless folks completely devoid of knowledge regarding sports.

It's no longer the sharps vs the squares with the books taking a commission. It's the sharps vs the squares with the opinionless and bonus whores taking a cut.

Besides Dave you could've gotten like 20 cents better on either price? Going to bet on a stale price?

They list McGrady as a guard.

The most likely starters for the game at guard would be 2 of the following: McGrady, Iverson, Kidd, Davis, James.
