All right goddammit. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
These first days are only the beginning folks -- the snowball is rolling. In essence, these new policies will lead to the government having more power – actually, A LOT MORE power -- over not only our financial institutions but how we live our lives. The government is now going to tell you whether you can take out a mortgage or a loan on the new car. This despite YOU – the taxpayer – paying for the rest of your life for this huge loan the government is taking out. The biggest spending liberal in the United States Senate has quickly become the biggest spending liberal President we have ever had. It only took a month. He ran a campaign that railed against the politics of fear, and during the first thirty days of his administration the politics of fear was instrumental in passing the most notable spending legislation in U.S. history. It amazes me how a lot of people cried foul at the mere mention that someone they’ll never meet might have listened in on their phone conversation, but they welcome the government taking more control of their day to day lives. Don’t you dare listen to a snippet of my conversation, but I’ll gladly take a hand out in exchange that I spend it as you see fit. And it’s not just about allowing the Bush tax cuts to expire – looking at the spending plans and listening to not just our President, raising taxes on the minority to put someone else’s kids in school, paying the health care costs for those who don’t have them, to pay the mortgage of those who should have rented or bought a cheaper home…. Listening to Press Secretary Gibbs, the administration regards the wealthier Americans as a source of constant taxing much as the government regards the tobacco industry as a source of easy taxation.
Education is fine and good, but what about this: I don’t come from a wealthy family. In fact, maybe I come from what you might call a middle class family. Maybe I play sports but I’m not good enough to qualify for a scholarship. Maybe the Pell Grant isn’t enough to pay for the type of education I want. Shit. Maybe I join the Army, Navy, Marine Corps or Air Force for three years. After that, I’m good. The GI Bill covers the tuition of the most expensive university in my state. Hell, I can even transfer those benefits to my dependents now. After I go to college on my GI Bill I make a good career for myself, only to find out that I have to donate what I’ve earned to those who are holding their hands out. Not only that but they make me out to be a bad guy. You know what? Fuck that. And fuck you. Take care of your goddamn self. An able bodied young man of no relation to me is not my concern. Deal with what you have or work a little harder. This administration is moving quickly down the path of rewarding the less ambitious by taxing those who went out and did what they needed to do. And another goddamn thing: going to college is a fucking commitment. The taxpayers are having a conniption now about the banks who got bailed out having parties; what about these fucking kids – and there will be a large number of them soon – who turn up on spring break videos partying away YOUR money? Shit, it’ll be a party. Best to make them earn it. President Obama makes good rhetoric when he talks about serving your community to earn the benefits of an education, but where’s the fucking plan other than raising taxes? I guess when you buy the next Girls Gone Wild Video you might say to yourself, “Well, that was money well spent.” It’s dressing a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The sheep’s clothing is going in front of the people and delivering a speech, but the wolf underneath is the welfare state America is becoming. Talk about transparency, it’s pretty fucking obvious.
And I’m getting goddamn sick and tired of hearing quotes from 8 year old girls who are terrified about the state of their school. When was the last time an 8 year old really gave a shit? Or an 18 year old for that fucking matter. Why do you think this administration keeps telling these fucking stories? Tell you what child, if you’re this fucking worried about it now then you’re gonna be one smart motherfucker and you won’t need my dime to go to college – you’ll get it done on your own. And I salute you. Maybe if Mom and Dad could put away, say, 20 bucks a week for the next ten years, maybe if you’re willing to cut grass during the summer time, maybe hit the books every night…. But no, we’re instilling this dependency on you at such an early age…. No, I don’t fall into that category of those who will be taxed at higher rates, but I like to think that someday I might. Look at it this way: You and I are sports bettors. During the course of the year you make $100,000, but I lose $60,000. Since we’re such good law abiding citizens, we both report our gambling to the IRS. The IRS tells you that since you did such a good job of making smart decisions and had a good year as a result, you can therefore afford to give Soonerdawg a higher portion of your winnings to help offset his losses. Does this sound fair to you? Of course it’s a proven fact that the majority of bettors are long term losers – hey, just like in the real fucking world! And the government’s taking money from those who win and parceling it out among those who would be better off if they made smarter decisions. Hey, let me know when a sportsbook opens up that takes the juice from those who win and divides it among the losers! Under the Obama administration, the price for making a smart bet is going to run you around -150 every time. Everyone else can play at even odds and bail themselves out with the juice you give up….
The motherfuckers making these policy decisions are the same motherfuckers who can’t abide by the same laws they hold me accountable to – like paying fucking taxes. And when it comes to paying taxes, what the fuck? This goddamn sense of entitlement for any motherfucker has got to goddamn stop. Press Secretary Gibbs seemed proud to proclaim that no one in Congress makes over $200,000 -- he only mentioned it a half dozen times today. Well, that’s nice, good goddamn luck trying to get these assholes to pay higher taxes anyways. The next time I hear about some average joe spending time in jail because he used the wrong loophole to file his taxes and couldn’t afford to pay the fines…. I might have to march down the street on his behalf, because as far as I’m concerned our taxing authorities’ credibility is fucked. If the head of our IRS fucks up on his taxes for an amount that is more than what many Americans make in a year and the excuse you hear is “it’s a common mistake that anyone might make”…. What the fuck. This guy’s supposed to be smarter than you and me, not be making the same goddamn mistakes. That makes me think the motherfucker’s trying to cut the same corners we’re trying to cut, only he’s got the connections to get away with it. I’ve seen more corruption in the past six months in the political circle than I’ve seen in my life. Goddamn Palin’s another example, getting 17 grand in per diem to travel from her home to work for a year. What the fuck. Jesus Christ. A lot of folks out there look at per diem as a type of bonus, but if you’re a goddamn public official you better cover your ass. A friend of mine from Ft. Hood got prison time for claiming Ft. Drum N.Y. for his BAH – a politician would have felt nothing but mild embarrassment if he had been caught doing this. Enough about this shit. It doesn’t matter, Republican or Democrat. The politicians are going to position in front of the cameras and play politics, but when somebody really fucks up you don’t hear much about it from the politicians. Why is that? The next guy caught might be one of their own, and God knows who his connections might tie him to.
You Bush bashers who railed against his domestic policies – take a step back. Look at the direction we are going now. Like I said, this is only the beginning.
And goddammit, I just decided that I ain’t ready to call it a night. Fuck that shit. What about those motherfuckers at GITMO? These are bad guys. These guys ain’t there cause they were spotted hanging ‘round outside the girls’ school at 2 a.m. You know the real reason the U.S. military changed to a uniform with Velcro patches? Because these motherfuckers would remember their name and rank during questioning and upon release would release some fucked up stories. Now when you guard or question these fuckers you simply take off the name and rank on your uniform. Otherwise you might find out a week later that you had had your head chopped off. But, let’s prove to the world that we don’t torture. Great. All the politicians who supported this idea are suddenly against the terrorists being held in their state institutions. What the fuck! Oh, I get it. You were able to convince the voters that GITMO is evil, but convincing the voters that housing terrorists in your state is a better alternative will prove a little tougher. Guess what? I’m all for the idea of these motherfuckers being put into the prison system here in the U.S. You think a Middle Eastern terrorist would have much fun in one of our prisons? Talk about cruel. But fuck all that. Did anyone see Lehr’s interview with the Defense Secretary about a month ago? Lehr was pressing Secretary Gates on the policy of water boarding and similar tactics – what did Gates say? “We don’t have as much need for it now because we have a lot more information now than we did several years ago.” I am paraphrasing but you are welcome to look it up. Gates refused to say those techniques were wrong while managing to support Obama’s policy. Because you know why? Those motherfuckers in that type of custody would like nothing more than to kill you and those you love. They don’t give a fuck. We’re not talking about the average criminal.
The government is in our lives now. Think about it. All this help to everybody except that old man who lost his retirement through what were once safe investments. Where’s his fucking help? Maybe I missed that part, can someone enlighten me? I saw on the news where some poor old man is working at Wal-Mart now because the money he expected to last until – well, maybe until to-fucking-morrow – is gone. I’ll tell you what I think. The government doesn’t want to give that old man a dime because that old man won’t live long enough to give them back a quarter. Think about it. They’re giving you an extra 60 bucks a month instead of a rebate check because they expect the average person won’t give a fuck. I mean, who the hell’s gonna notice 15 bucks a week? We’re all gonna be on tilt with it. You take 15 bucks a week and multiply it by however millions of people who don’t give a shit….But if you take, say 500 bucks a person and give it to them at once, now you’re not spending it the way the government wants…. Don’t forget, the government is about to have a much more controlling interest in the way you spend your money…. God forbid if you decided to just sit on it…. Our Press Secretary – Gibbs – said himself that they’d rather we spend the money than save it. Sure, money needs to go back into the economy, but considering the state of our banking institutions, how much could it hurt if we could all deposit some money into our savings? Of course, with the way things look, our government is about to have a really strong interest – and a lot more lawful freedom -- in our banking accounts… you put your money in the bank instead of spending it? Hope that last bank wire for $1,400 didn’t come from an offshore book…..
And speaking of money, these motherfuckers who are ripping off our fellow citizens – Madoff and Stanford coming to mind – had better be getting ready to get the hard dick of the law inserted into their fucking asses. Say what you want about the CEOs getting their millions – through some fucked up loophole within the law they are within their right so fuck it. Don’t give them too hard a time because they might say fuck it and take their expertise someplace else – in which case you might wind up with me as the CEO. Of course I’d be answering and following the orders of Washington, so fuck the education. I’ll just apply for the job and see if I can get it – a half mil a year would be fine for my degenerate ass. Anyways, these motherfuckers who we know are corrupt and can prove it – let’s throw ‘em in with the GITMO holdovers. Maybe the billions that they scammed from the unsuspecting can be turned into a new stimulus package. You know, distribute it among those who lost their life savings after a lifetime of earning it instead of giving it to those who made bad decisions and continue to cash that government check. For the most part these crooks are old men who have been able to enjoy the fruits of their scams, so fuck ‘em. Of course, as of right now we are probably going to be releasing GITMO detainees back to host countries, if we sent our corrupt bankers along with them then….well, use your imagination….
And speaking of all this, fuck these goddamn Hollywood fruit cases who threw a $30,000 a plate dinner for Obama before he became President. Who gives a shit about Sean Penn? How about this – do something goddamn useful you motherfucker. Instead of encouraging idiots to riot, maybe you might encourage them to go donate some blood. To many, homosexuality is a sin and immoral – to allow you to have your way would be to allow you to press your beliefs on those who you accuse of doing the same to you. The people voted, and guess what? In the state of California, minorities turned out in record to vote for Obama, and the majority of these folks voted in favor of the ban you’re bitching about. Classic case of you can’t get it both ways, although I’m sure in some respects you have. Democracy is fine and good, so many liberal groups financing so many liberal agendas in this past election, but you lose one and you’re acting like whiny bitches. Fuck you, you Hollywood actors. And fuck you to those who don’t have enough mental capacity in the real world to think for yourselves.
Goddammit, I’m going to call my Congressman.

Agree with the original post. Why tax those that have been responsible at a higher rate, while rewarding those who have not been w/tax benefits, nontheless at the expense of the responsible people?

There are people and public projects that obviously need assistance (such as a soldier who had his legs blown off in Iraq or anti-gang funding in communities struggling with this societal problem) and I'm all for paying my taxes to fund such programs. To reward those that lied on their mortgage applications or sit home watching Judge Judy all day/night while I'm out there busting my ass, huh.....pigs will fly before I agree with that.
