one cherry picking son of a bitch.

Went to both games in Pittsburgh and this dude played nada defense and stood by the Penguins blue line cherry picking practically every shift!

(and yet he still managed only 2 shots somehow.)

That's how Mario played the second half of his career.

Just sayin'.

And that hit isnt dirty. If Gonchar square's up and lowers his shoulder they hit each other and no body gets hurt. But since he jumped out of the way and left his knees behind, he exposed himself to this kind of injury. Quite often with knee to knee hits and hits from behind it is the victim who is equally guilty.

ovie stuck his knee out, that isn't a clean hit by any means.

Well I think Ovechkin is a lot more fun to watch than Crosby, but that's just my opinion.

Tough break for Gonchar, but that's not a dirty hit. Dirty is leading with your knee. If Ovie stuck anything out, it was his shoulder. It's a tough break, and he probably should've gotten 5 for the accidental knee, but it's not worth a suspension by any means.

The way this series has been officiated, it really looks like the league is fixing this for a 7 game series. The last thing they wanted was for a quick series.

spot on

btw, Mario had to change, it's called getting old. Not too shaby was the second half of his career.

AO will change as well, in due time. His body takes a beating with the game he plays, its either change or expect a shortened career.

his team is on the verge of elimnation. Get on the sofa AO and enjoy tomorrows bout between hockey lords Russia Vs Canada, they meet in yet another final---the years go by and not much changes in this sport. Should be a great final
