If you’re pointing a weapon at anyone on set without permission from the armorer, director & 1st AD, then you should be reprimanded for the first offense, fired for the second.
If you do so and harm/kill someone, you should be be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Agreed. He's a good actor. He's temperamental though.
First people die to be famous and relevant, and once they become famous they don't want to be spotted or bothered lol. Go figure.

He killed the DOP or cinematographer....I've been on a lot of sets. No reason a gun would ever be pointed at the DOP and director unless it's for getting the angle in a scene (Both would be behind camera working together) ... The Armor person fucked up and or Baldwin was fucking around with what he thought was a prop gun... no reason live weapons would be on set usually... Pretty shocking if you've seen the normal protocol with weapons on set....Crazy and sad.
