Alcoholism vs Gambling

Rehabbed alcoholics I've talked to in the past say the worst part of quitting drinking is besides the physical withdraw is the boredom.

Could you as an every day gambler quit gambling and still keep an every day routine with out sports action or would you be bored as action Jackson needs an adrenaline rush to get through his day.

On a positive note this is the last weekend we have to endure as it's go time starting Thursday night.

atlease you can get something out of gambling if you win. Drinking is a waste of $$$$ and all you do is piss alot and get a funkin hangover then eventually kill someone while driving drunk or soomething,. sit at home and put some cash on a game or 2, i'm sure your family would rather you watch sports that be drinking..

that's true man..drinking cause hang overs and shit but gambling is worse in a way. pretty much all gamblers end up losing way more money from gambling than alcoholics lose in drinking. i've never been married but i can imagine how bad it is for some when they dont make rent or mortgage payments or fall behind on bills due to gambling losses. you can lose your whole estate from gambling. a lot of people believe gambling is way worse than drinking. (my brother watches intervention a lot is always trying to get me to quite sportsbetting) anyways, no, i could not enjoy a game or get by a day without that rush. i find i can go without betting on sports when i go play ball or i am out with my gf but other than that i need the rush. except for the NFL, i cant really enjoy a full sports game without betting on it unless it's a good match up or my fav team or something, playoffs, etc oh and i need the under in the whitesox game bad!! im on a 2 day losing streak..damn

i drink very little, but id gladly exchange gambling addicition for alcoholism....really a no brainer for me
