You are correct sir! Atlanta getting knocked out tonight eliminates them as a candidate for tomorrows game. I am impressed you spotted my booboo.

Alamo I posted a NFL Play bud already.

Here is my MLB Fades:

Twins -1.5 -138
White Sox -108

Thats what I like.

GL Bro!!!

I am going to start handicapping collage football real soon. I am going to depend on you to get me through the NFL which has been very unkind to me in recent years. I am wondering if I should parlay the fade on those stinkers you posted. Santana has gotten slapped around his last two outings as I recall. Wonder if Liriano is a distraction for him up in Twin country.

List is now extremly short...Boston and Minnesota

(unless Mets and Braves come back from the dead which they won't)

Not to worry. System B produced a good one today in Oakland. I will get Brainiac cranked up and see if it can spit out a game worth playing tomorrow.

Ah...well thank you Mr_Meogi. I assumed they were playing tomorrow. I am trying to sort through two days of games at statfox so I can get an early start but I am old and sometimes intoxicated so easy to make booboo.

If you had figured out the system by just looking at the selections and our cryptic comments I would have been extremely impressed.

Oh crap...Boston is playing the dreaded Texas Rangers (banned) plus the juice is prohibitive and the juice on the Minnesota game is double prohibitive.

I am passing tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing in system B good enough to post.

Only thing I can come up with is to fade the crap out of the Gynecologist!

If anybody else has a game post it and I will help break it down for you. Not much else I can do.

Updated Ytd: 24-13

Im going to wait and see how the line moves on the Arizona game...I like their chances but the juice is a bit high to my liking and Im not spotting a run either. Going to check on more stats, injuries, trends, etc.

Be back tomorrow

Good morning to The Voice and visitors to the thread. I think the Dodgers are going to fade and Arizona is going to pick up their level of play at least over the next few weeks.

I read an article on statfox this morning. Did you know that since 2000' in MLB 70% of all games have been decided by one run! That can't be right can it? Of the 15 games played yesterday 5 were decided by one run. Of the 15 games played the previous day 4 were decided by one run.

Maybe I am reading that article the wrong way. I would guess that 40% of games are decided by one run. Whole point being that the -1.5 RL is not a good play considering that the team you are laying the 1.5 with might actually lose the game and even if they win it there is a very good chance they will not cover the 1.5.

Maybe we should look at the Pittsburg game again Voice? Somehow I did not see that game last night. I know the Marlins pitcher is pitching from the wrong side but Pittsburg is also a play against team on the road as per system B are they not?

I looked at all that and it had me intrigued...it was the reason i said when i posted look for the system B plays (i was specifically talking about this game)....Pitt is a great team to fade when playing away...

I mulled over a parlay involving Minnesota and Arizona still dont know yet...I've only played one parlay all year....It seems that im desperate for action which is never a good sign...White Sox also crossed my mind they have given me that gut feel to play them....dont know maybe I'll talk myself into playing some of these...

Note: Snell got rocked by the Fish last time up...Johnson has been up and down...last game he was down and this game playing an atrocious road team might be back up...

What do you think partner which is the best bet:

Parlay: AZ and Twinkies

White Sox (this game is about to start so i wont get a response in time)

The Fish

or maybe parley Fish/Twinkies or Fish/AZ (dont like these but just throwing it out there)

Not going with the White Sox I have to many concerns on that game to pull the trigger...A Parley is not something Im going to do I rather just spot AZ a run and lower the juice....

Right now looking at two small play:

AZ -1RL (Webb)
Fish (Johnson and Pitt on the Road)

Alamo comments?

Good thing I layed off the White Sox today..

Twinkies won as predicted (i did play the parlay with AZ but didnt post it)

I have the parlay with Arizona pending and played the Fish small...

Those are my games....good to see some of the more respected handicappers on Arizona tonight....

Good Luck ALL

This is your call Voice. I am going to back your beloved Florida Marlins. This is a system B play and although I like AZ a bunch I am too anal retentive to go out side either systems. Good job in sidestepping that Whitsox looser. If you can find a good reason to not play a game than don't play it.

In regards to parlays I have been attrocious this year. Not only do I not win but both sides of my parlays have lost more often then not. I realize that when I parlay it's because I really don't have a clue on what play will be a good one that day so I just throw money down for the action. I do think parlays have a place in baseball and in prior seasons they were good to me but not the case this year.

I only parlayed it for one reason...wasnt confident enough on AZ (not being a system play is a primary reason for it) and felt the juice was a bit steep for my blood....giving up a run wasnt something I was going to do so I just parlayed them with Santana too lower the juice a bit...

Now that the Twinkies won its all up to Webb:103631605 ...

Glad to see you on board on "The Fish" and yes I think highly of the 17 million dollar team if I dont who will (what talent they have how about that Sanchez kid sources told me he was the best rookie in their system seems thats pretty accurate)

Alamo threw a little noise over there in my thread at the College Football Forum (had a comeback on your Irish being loved topic lol just for fun)....

Anyone following this thread please check out my College Football thread it has some nice topics floating around...even an apparent "OFFICIAL" posting (some advertising huh)....Also want everyones picks on the Future bets I posted.

Special announcement. New thread will be launched tonight as TheVoice and I will partner up the rest of the way to offer our many viewers solid advice and winning baseball plays from our two systems.

System A is the original system that went 16-4 when it debuted here on Therx and has continued to produced winners here on the current thread.

Over the Allstar break The Voice and worked out a back up system which we will refer to as System B. Reason for the back up system is that from experience I know that in the second half the Books will wreck havoc with fat money lines that were not a problem in the first half.

System B gives us another group of teams from which we may be able to extract a winner when System A is not producing quality plays. The Oakland As were a solid System B play two days ago and tonight the Marlins are also taken from System B.

The Voice is a solid capper and his advice and picks are just as good as mine as they are derived using the same handicapping systems and methods.

Go Marlins!

I try to get my personal pick up late at night or early in the morning. I am in the central time zone and The Voice is on the east coast. Not gonna get into the system thing.

Marlins loose.... crap! Got to admit to chasing by playing The Voice's out-of-system Arizona game. Bail me out partner!
