I agree with this take... ultimately I think it will stick around 7,maybe hit 6 by the time the talking heads are finished.

This comes down to coaching. Normally Watson might give the tide trouble, but in this situation with this talk I'll take Saban every day over Dancing Dabo.

Thing is Watson can beat u with his legs or his arm. He's not one dimensional. I think this line comes down a little. Plus Dabo loves the underdog roll and ESPN and the every other media outlet will give Clemson plenty of ammo this week. It just seems the Stars have aligned for Clemson this year.

hedging that by taking the ML is too tough what would i do take -275 for 2500 risking 6875 and if bama wins i net 1500.. gonna just ride it out been riding with Dabo and the boys all year this team is a great team in all phases.. their defense is highly underated in my eyes i felt all year, offensively they are multi dimensional. yes Bama is Bama they are a great well coached team they just waxed Sparty who IMO is a fraud and should have been represented by a team that would IMO would have made it a more competitive game. I just feel Clemson this year are the real deal and feel this game is a coin flip i think 7pts is way too generous and already jumped on that.. gluck to everyone lets go tigers go get em dabo

I've seen this scenario before with everyone in northern hemisphere on the Irish against bama in the natty a few years back.... I sat there for days thinking to myself, "what the fuck am I missing here? Why are people all over the Irish?" I knew people who flew down to that game from Illinois bet on that game, shelled out a fortune to go watch it expecting it to be a game..... I told them all that it's going to be a waste of money..... I put 250$ on bama and the spread and laughed all the way to the bank in first quarter....

notre dame got got the national publicity because they are notre dame and everyone seems to associate with them; while Clemson may not be getting the same attention, I'm just getting the same vibe here, a lot of people heavy on Clemson and the spread, some even the moneyline..... I'm over here thinking why? This is Nick Saban and Kirby smart....I just think Clemson relies on Watson and and gallman way to much...bama does one thing better than anyone we've seen the past decade; stop the run.... Expecting Watson to run for 100+ like he has done in every big game is foolish. Same thing happened to mariota and the ducks last year. Urban took away mariotas legs and the Oregon rushing attack and thus handcuffed the ducks....

i bet watson goes 22-34 for 300 yards 2tds and 1 pick, rushing for 35 yards. Gallman rushes for 70 on 20 carries and bama wins 34-17

Just a feeling that this could be a low scoring game. We already know how good Bama is on D. But I think Clemson's deep 12 man rotation on their defensive line is very underrated. I think both teams are going to have problems running the ball, including Derrick Henry and Watson. Clemson has also recruited very well for the last 3 years or so, being in the top 15 nationwide and top 10 in recruiting in 2015. They can more than likely compete pretty well with Bama in the trenches. I wouldn't let anybody tell you otherwise. My main concern with Clemson is they are a young team. I think they'll be even better next year. Hopefully this will be a great game. We are about due for one.
