Agent Make-up commission

Does anyone here know or heard about make-up commission system for being an "agent"? A friend of friend asked me if I wanted to be an agent. He explained the commission to me but i am still confused. This is what i understand...

I recruit clients and set them up with an online account.
If they lose, i get a 20% commission.

However this is so vague.

For those familiar with this...my question is -
1. how exactly does this work?
2. DOes the commission get calculated based on each week?
3. In a case like this...
wk1 = -1k (get 200 commission)
wk2 = -2k (get (400 commission)
wk3 = +2k (get nothing since they won)
wk4 = -2k.....
Do i get nothing for week 4? Or do I get 400 commission since the overall account balance is still negative?

week 3 you will receive no commishion and will be on a make up figure going into week four....so week four you will receive nothing also,and your make-up figure will be zero.

also known as red figure ,and correct!!! he get's nothing since now the player needs to lose the 2k they won for week 3 !!
