Boy the bandwagon Cub fan have come pouring out of the woodwork on this campus. Everywhere you look are cub jersey and hats. This reminds me of the Packer Superbowl year when everybody and their brother became a Packer fan.

LOL....WELL I AM BY NO MEANS A BANDWAGON FAN OF THE CUBS....THEY HAVE BEEN MY FAVORITE BASEBALL TEAM EVER SINCE I WAS A LITTLE KID...

I REMEMBER THE 84 PLAYOFFS LIKE THEY WERE YESTERDAY, WITH KEITH MORELAND, RYNO, SUTCLIFFE, JODY DAVIS, LEON DURHAM, BUCKNER, THE OLD CUBBIES......RICK REUSCHEL, ANDRE DAWSON, AND MANY MANY MORE......

THIS IS HEAVEN FOR ME....WE NEVER WIN A PLAYOFF GAME ON THE ROAD........

Good thing the Cubs won or that would have been infamous. It was a TERRIBLE call. I know Vegas sure doesn't want the Cubs to win the WS and they have a lot of clout so hopefully we won't see more of that.

I wouldn't say Chipper Jones was out easily, give me a break pal. It was a bang bang play and happened to go to the home team just like it would in Chicago.

OK PAL BUT WHEN THEY SHOWED THE REPLAY IT WAS OBVIOUS HE WAS OUT, THEREFORE I SAY HE WAS EASILY OUT.....IT WASNT A "TIE GOES TO THE RUNNER" SITUATION....

HOWEVER IT DOESNT MATTER, THE CUBS WON.....AND ARE ON THEIR WAY NOW.....

There is no such thing as tie goes to the runner PAL. Like I said it was a bang, bang play and the Ump does not have the benefit of instant replay. Close calls are part of the game. So on that type of play, even with replay, you can't say he was easily out.
