My mother-in-law, god bless her soul, isn't the best with... well a lot of things.

She decided she going to do something different with her vacation and no longer wants her time share. It's in VA Beach, it's nice hotel, they call it a resort. 2 BR, full Kitchen and LR, 2 full bathrooms. Hotel has a bunch of amenities. It's definitely nice for being in Virginia Beach.

But her week starts July 13th so gives me just a couple weeks to rent it out. :hammerit

This suite/condo whatever you what to call it rents for $650 a night normally through the website. Shell be happy with like $1700, that's 7 nights, about $240/night.

Advice on how to Rent this out in such a short time frame? Obviously being last minute we gotta discount the price, which i think $1700 is more than a great deal (crappy rooms are renting for nearly $200 a night right now, this would be 2 nice rooms for less than 2 crappy hotel rooms ) I just don't know if theres a place to find people looking for last minute vacation deals.

I'm on craiglist and signing up on homeaway

Also, go on other cities on Craigslist and post your ad. Some cities nearby that people travel to your destination: DC area, Baltimore, Philly, Charlotte, Richmond, etc...

If you are going to do craigslist advertise it in the city that the timeshare is located.
