Advice Needed on Rx sponsored shops

The good news, (at least for me), is I won Hache Man's contest last night. Thanks for the generous prize sir. The conditions of this prize is I have to open a new account, so I can undoubtedly parlay this $100 bankroll into a early retirement. The bad news is outside of 5dimes and Bookmaker I don't know squat about the rest of these shops. So the question is, which shop finances my degenerate poker lifestyle for the remainder of my life?

I'm not new to playing offshore but since the wonder years of being able to fund at Pinny, Matchbook, etc. I've been limited to just 5dimes. I'm out of the loop with the rest of these books. Which ones accept U.S. customers? Which ones use a ten cent line in baseball? ..and the best question of all is which ones pay out painlessly.

Any input is appreciated.

Nobody likes 20 cents baseball lines, but how could you go wrong with a Bookmaker account ??
and there is only so many shops that have Poker, Bookmaker does.

I know Bookmaker now does dime lines on MLB, which they didn't used to do, and might have dime lines on NHL, at least they do on tonights game from what I can see. I don't use offshores so can't give you any advice on payouts, but Bookmaker has the best reputation and that's what I would choose second to 5dimes had I won.

Only problem with Bookmaker is I'm already signed up there. I just haven't used the account for a long time. It must be a new sign-up.
