Ken, with all due respect and this is not a slight on Sportbet or Jake but telling a player to lock his money into a book for 60 days especially given the invironment recently isn't the most prudent thing to do. It didn't look like Sherman was looking for a bonus as much as he may have been looking for a safe book.

Oh...and on a side note to your moniker, I just played my second night of Texas Holdem down here (a few of us posters get together on Tuesday nights). I gotta say...I LOVE IT!

That's why I said it had nothing to do with you guys, personally I have never played with you guys so I wouldn't have an opinion anyways, I was pointing out that players should never be pointed towards a book because of a bonus offer as much as they should because of safety (which he also did mention) and I do agree with mvbski about the "scammers and posters with agendas" comment.

Time is everything Ken, it's the players money and he should have access to it whenever he wants, and thats why big bonus offers hurt the industry. People flock to these bonuses without going through due diligence first and then two months later we have 10 new threads about SO AND SO IS STIFFING ME, opinions are like belly buttons, we all have them and my opinion is that as a site owner (or former.. whatever) you should recommend books on stability and personal experience and without bonus offers, if the player checks the site out and isn't thrilled with the whole package and goes elsewhere then if something happens to him he has no one to blame but himself.
