As many have read, there was a dispute with the poster Herbie28 & AdvantageWagering over the controversial Finger Lakes race.

Upon contacting Adam from Sinsational Intertainment last week, he was quick to agree and allow myself to come up with a solution that would be acceptable to both parties.

Upon contacting Herbie28, he also agreed to allow mediation and accept the decision by The Rx.com.

After receiving details of the situation from both parties, I contacted TTinco from MW, Sting from 911, Buzzsaw from SBR, Jim from OSGA, and discussed with Wilheim from The Rx for opinions.

In reviewing all of the information and looking at various opinions, I forwarded the following recommendation to both parties.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> I believe it to be a fair compromise for Advantagewagering to fully fund the account of herbie28 for $3900 & apply a 4X rollover, and a minimum 30 day period before the funds can be withdrawn. I think this is a respectable settlement based on all of the information gathered. I hope that both parties can respect the decision and carry on future business relationship with each other.

Some may agree here and some may not agree, but I am very appreciative to both parties for allowing a fair arbitration and abiding by their own agreement to accept an independent ruling on this matter. Whether anyone else agrees or does not agree, both parties affected in this case have come away satisfied with the decision.

I certainly am impressed with the professionalism displayed by Adam at Sinsational Intertainment.

Adam has emailed me and ask that I post this for him. So in closing the matter, Thanks Adam. Good luck to you and Herbie28.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>Sinsational Intertainment on behalf of Advantage would like to thank the General along with everyone at the RX who helped mediate and find a solution to the Finger Lakes dispute. We agree to the Generals terms and will credit Herbie 28 his winnings from the race in question with the restrictions suggested by the RX. We hope that the readers can understand the situation we were in and that we had to look at all the facts and after reading the posts and speaking with the General we decided to let the RX find a solution that both parties could accept.

Best Regards,

The Racing Team

is this the same group as betbet.com?

I ask because the contact email for this place
uses that term sinister http://www.betbet.com/html/contact.asp

I think they have 5 sites or so that are the same just different names. same lines, managers, etc. Ive used them and they pay up. Still strange that they did not pay up on this Finger Lakes thing right away or after a few days of thinking about it and aviod the bad name. No reason for arbitration.

Did Gabriel Micheales get involved in this negociation?

The sad fact is when someone has to roll his winning bet 4x before he collects the odds of him losing it are high. If it was'nt, the books would go broke giving cash bonuses. You could argue the bettor is still being stiffed.

not really SIN has horribly loose lines and they move action so slow he can find arbs/hedges with pinny or anywhere pretty easily if he looks.

Screw them.

Pursued the wrong path, why settle for mediation?

Huh?

The banana republic that this shithole calls home just went before the WTO.

My first and only actions would be government contact and a failure to make my funds available immeidately would set off some publicity that would make this jackoff wish he had paid on day one.

Can't have it both ways, want to take your grievances to the world stage?

Then phucking operate like a real bookie.

A real bookie? In a business where any jerk off with a hundred bucks can set up a web site and take peoples' money? Hell I could open up a gambling site (BetBanned.com), offer a 20% bonus, and pay off Krackman and Betting Prophets and the other paid whores to call me a "stand-up guy" with "deep pockets" and half of you suckers would be running as fast as you can to the Western Onion office to send me your life savings.
