... or anyone else. Please let me know here to save me some time, don't want to miss any of them. I will petition Ken to send a mass e-mail before football with every single book who has stiffed someone and is still in business. Maybe we can tie it in to what promotions there are for football sign-ups but would like to have a section devoted to stiff books. Some of these jokers still accept our money, just pay out only when they feel like it. If you have a link to your problem or where it happened please include that as well. The more educated we are the better it is for us. If you want to drop me a line privately about your situation please do so. Thanks.

Didn't happen to me personally but I am aware of a guy who had a dispute with a sportsbook.

The sportsbook resolved the issue by sending an e-mail saying "Thanks for the $660, sucker."

I would not recommend anyone send money to a sportsbook that refers (openly) to their clients as "suckers."

VVV

p.s. Should I name the sportsbook? So all the new people will know?

Let it go, Buzz.

They currently don't deserve your F rating, since they are now under the Sportingbet umbrella and they pay.

You upgraded CRIS based on fixing some stuff so future "StiffedByCRIS" incidents don't occur, even though they never paid StiffedByCRIS.

SportFanatik has been "fixed" too, since your incident 4 years ago. They should be given the same treatment as CRIS - you need to swallow your pride and upgrade them.

Little Nasa (a.k.a Betus.com etc...) not only stiffs their players, but also has stiffed their high level help and a hooker.

How do these guys stay in business?

Little Nasa-Omni only stiffs you if you win big. They keep the other 98% happy but they slow pay them as well. They also use Shrink's good name on their contracts without his consent. Shrink doesn't seem to mind too much as we witnessed in the past.

Patrick,

What if a book stiffed someone and got a new management (that now does pay, but left the "old" debt for what it is)?

I get a little confussed with the Nasas. There is no point in getting into detail about which book exactly, but I do know that some of the guys in America are being kept alive by those stiffed in Asia.

Hal,
You're right I guess. Can't compare it to CRIS though, Sportfanatic made me beg for my postup & stole the rest of my postup money not a bonus. BTW, sucking hind tit on Sportingbet is not saying much these days. With SBT @$24p and ole buzz thinking he bought at the bottom @$31p, this baby is becoming a micro-penny stock pretty fast. Well, they are still a a few pennies higher than their software company WorldGaming/Starnet

Little Nasa is owned by the Spielman twins. They just stiffed their marketing director as well who is now with Rio-Skybook. He also got tired of his friends getting no and slow paid by the Spielman Boys. Best move he made was to go to RIO.

Are you talking about Sportfanatik?

What are the details? What reasons have you gotten for not being paid?

So what's the whole story here Buzzsaw?

I've heard of them holding up payments because credit card addresses weren't identical to the address they have on file and other petty delaying tactics, but I've never heard anything like your story before.

BML Sports stiffed me for $10,400 about 6 months ago. I was thinking of doing an appeal here and to all my friends on RGP (rec.gambling.poker) to jam their phone lines in the last half hour of betting before week 1 of NFL.

The thread is entitled "BML sports stole $9,900 from me" and I have made a post there too just to bring it to the front page again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, although after this much time has passed I really don't expect much.

How many categories will you be making? I suppose there are varying degrees of stiff shops, but I admit that a single stiffing is enough for some of us (like me) to stay very, very far away.

Darryl, hadn't really thought about it that deeply. Certainly the fact a book is mentioned under the title of stiff books will be good enough for most players to stay away.

BML thing is from how old ago? Is that one General or someone else looked into for you? I know he has good luck with BML on some cases though yours is pretty large. Why not send it on to us if you haven't already.

On phone stuff if it is a proven stiff job I am inclined to "accidently" look the other way while one was being organized. I hate stiffs but would have to hear what Shrink says since it is his site. Patrick the Poster will do almost anything to get back at people who have stolen from us....
