For all the games to start getting tight. I like all +1.5 teams today, risky but I think it is worth a look. The Wings are a bit scary getting their A game together, but I think the Preds just packed that one in early and will make a strong final stand. Flames just don't score enough and I think they feel the pressure here. Canadiens coming off a fluke big win, I think that was their lone big win of the series. I expect the Devils to really turn it up a notch here. They have gotten into the nothing to lose position while the Flyers are noted for not playing so hot under pressure, makes for a good spot. Dallas is in the same boat as the Devils, finally not under a pressure spot. They haven't dictated their pace and style in the whole series yet, but this might be a spot where they get that done with both teams likely being tired from back to back OT games. Probably the game I feel least strongly about in terms of squad, but I just can't see another high scoring game with the situation.

Late in a series with teams facing elimination 4 out of 5 is usually about what happens. The longer the series goes on, the more defense starts to rule, especially since goalies generally don't get banged up and tired like the rest of the players. I suspect at least 2 OT games today.

Only had the guts to do -1.5 on DET, but it turns out all of them were above -1.5...

What a disaster, it just goes from bad to worse! Oh well, onto the next day. These +1.5 plays have been golden for many years and now suddenly have gone into the tank, maybe time to try a different approach. Way I have run Calgary -1.5 has to be a near dead mortal lock tonight...
