im thinking of opening an offshore account(my 1st)....to fund my neteller account it says you can use a visa, but may have some problems with your bank. I want to know if anybody has used their visa and if you had any problems?

Highdaddy... get a sep. DEBIT card visa hooked to your checking account and use that ...you will have a much easier time and money is right there for you to withdraw and deposit also you will not ring up tons of credit DEBT if you lose that you will be paying off at high interest for YEARS and YEARS to come

good luck sir

The problems arise from CREDIT cards since almost all credit cards now block transactions to offshore gaming accounts.

The same companies don't block debit cards though because the money on debit cards are taken immediately from actual funds.

Gambling with an interest rate is a terrible terrible idea. So if you don't have a debit... Save up money (with the money you'd payback to your CC) and then gamble it once you've saved

This fellow is mostly right, Neteller has moved part of the corp. to Isle Of Man which is UK regulated; they also retain their original corp. charter in Canada.

The easiest way to put money on your Neteller account is to deposit it at Bank of America. It takes 15 minutes...call them for instructions.
