ABC Islands offers a bonus plan whereby you can receive a 10% cash bonus and 20% rebate on monthly losses, paid on the 5th of every month. In August I deposited $5000 and received a $500 bonus. I lost my entire $5500 balance without winning a single game. I expected to receive a rebate of $1000 for my August losses. I had not yet received the rebate by today so I phoned ABC to inquire. They told me that in order to be eligible for the rebate the player must roll his funds over three times. What I don't understand is how I could possibly roll my funds over if I lost them all in one shot? Does this make sense to anyone? Does it seem unfair or is it just me? Seems to me the person most in need of a rebate would be someone like me who failed to win a single game! I'm especially interested to hear what Fish has to say on this one.

Welcome to the world of ABC. They pulled all kinds of shit on me, like making me wait an enternity for a Neteller payout once. Saying they dont keep neteller funded. So I had to jump through hoops to get that.

And then, making me meet roll over from previous deposits, and taking a bonus from me.

If you ask me, this is not a top 10 book. They like to change their rules as you go. Dont look for them to credit you with the 20% rebate.

Usually that's what happens with all those bonus requirements

Ronald and others<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Here is the reason for the 3X rollover with the 30% bonus plan.

If somebody opens an account we give them 10% cash up front, if this person sends $1000 they get an additional $100, total of $1100 in the account. This person opens a second account using a friends name and sends the same amount and has $1100 in his account. They play the same game, one takes team A, and the other takes team B. One acct wins and has $2100 the other account loses and has $0. The person who has $0 wants his 20% cash back. If we give him the additional $200, they have just sent in a total of $2000 and have won $300 with NO RISK. This would be a great deal, and has been attempted MANY TIMES. (And I am not saying this is what you did)

Yes its unfortunate you lost on your only bet but we have no choice with the 3X rollover. It’s the lowest we can make it without getting more bonus chasers signing up.

I hope you all understand.

Yes, it does seem logical. I guess the main reason as to why I'm upset is that it does not say on the website that you must perform a 3X roll before getting your rebate. If it did indeed say that on the website then I would have no complaints at all.
