He co-sponsored two bills that don't mean much in reality, but he did "SUPPORT" others. Gee, wow, to support or oppose something is now an accomplishment.

Well yeah, most all the Congress got suckered into the Patriot Act

But I'm baffled how McCain could be a United States Senator for 26 years and only author one bill that gets passed into law.

They're permitted to introduce six bills per year, so he's batting 1 for about 156
