A story about 5-slimes

This is just a topper on my already terrible opening weekend.

I try posting a bet for Oregon 1h. Site crashes. By the time I get logged back in its off the board. Ok... fine. No big deal, I'll catch it with some in game betting.

Using their "Live Betting Ultra" product I try posting Oregon -4.5. Click submit on it. 10 seconds later I get a confirmation about my bet on Wisconsin / Xavier o140 has been posted and Oregon is pending. WHAT?!?! NO! Who bets on a Wisconsin over?! NO ONE.

I tried their live chat help. As you can all guess that was a complete waste of time. So. To you 5-slimes. I say fuck off. This will be the last $ of mine you get. Time to transfer back to bookmaker.

I tried to like that book but it seems like everything is difficult with them. When customer service botches my deposits for 2 days straight i just go somewhere else. Good luck talking to customer service

Same here. They just changed processors or where doing some changes right near tourney so maybe bad timing with that. As far as deposits and payouts never had one problem. They have a good processor for all methods I feel.

Everyone has their good & bad stories. It happens.

I work in the Telecom business......EVERYONE (business owners i work with) has a "horror" story of their telecommunications accounts. But I do also talk to business owners that LOVE their current telecom accounts. I guess there's always 2 sides to every story.

I agree with some of the poster's above. 5D is a horrible book and would never recommend anyone using them. Had a similar experience to OP and Tony basically said so long.

Too many stories like this ^
They told me easy way to deposit is with anazon card. It never got processed and now i have to spend the $ at amazon. Told me it wouldnt run because i bought it with debit card.
