Greek bettors have been forced to use the state owned and privately managed OPAP to place their bets. If they continue to do so then the will facilitate a theft. The theft of their money by the OPAP manager Mr Melisanidis who will simply pocket their money and pay for his new player acquisitions, the building of a new stadium and the money owed to the IRS. Mr Melisanidis is also the owner of AEK in one of the greatest scandals and now that AEK is sidqualified from Europa League, the budget has a huge gap. If the Greeks do not look for a solution outside the country for a reliable source of betting, they will end up paying the money this person should have drawn out of his own pocket.

The story continues as the idiot has come to the rescue of his friend by postponing the first 2 fixture dates on quite fake excuses aided by a quite fakje police report. As long as the Greeks continue to supply funds to OPAP these 2 will have the means to bring back football 40 years, return it to amateur status and then much in accordance with the Stalinic ways, completely control an organization that according to UEFA rules must be independent. Keep gambling at OPAP. Soon you will have a USSR like championship.
In my previous post I said that it will become a USSR like championship. I was wrong. It will be much worse than that. FIFA and UEFA are coming in today and unless a solution is found we're talking about the expulsion of all Greek teams from all european and international contests. And this means a bill amounting in several million euros. Eurors that will be collected from the tax payers and from the state monopoly of OPAP. I refuse to even consider the possibility. I will not pay for their egos and stalinic views.
Following up on my previous posts, FIFA and UEFA came. And instead of doing what their mandates demand and expel the Greek teams, they helped an idiot enforce his stalinic views and silence an independent voice. Yet the chamionship will not start until a new board is enforced upon the HFA. A board that is to the idiot's liking. Factoring in the new TV licenses that were given to the owners of two major Greek football teams it is easy to deduce the future. Every single cent gambled in the state owned OPAP is a means for them to continue of their path that leads to the downfall of Greek football. Greeks need to find a new place to bet and get more out of their money and a better value. If necessary they need to turn to the assistance of a betting agent (they have a choiuce between a couple of good ones) and get help. But they do need to stop giving aid and confort to a situation that is nothing less than a farse.
Bringing people up to speed. It will not be worth it to place bet in the following Greek Championship. It begins next Saturday but there are still issues to resolve on which team is going to participate and to top it all up a stupid ADA launched a report with accusations against the president and owner of the bigget club of the country. The report is filled with weak claims and errors but that is not the point. No one believes that it is a matter of justice. It is politics and yet one more attempt to exert control. However, this time the word is that the fans are going to protect their club. And they will do so in force. It is well known what happens in cases like this. Riots, cars and property get smashed and people get hurt. While it is wishful thinking to avoid deaths, I fear it is a matter of time. When the last resort people have to express their frustratrion on the general conditions of the country and for some good news, they tend to react rather badly.
Why is it that people do not understand what is going on right in front of their eyes? Why is it that people cannot see bewyond the surface of things? Do you really think that the crtedibility of the Greek championship move up a coupld notches after 6 members of the Hellenic Football Association resigned or after a clearly influenced ADA brought charges against a team and its owner? Stop supporting them by gambling through OPAP! You are only helping the complete destruction they plan! Do not lose your money people! Use a broker to bet elsewhere! Now!
