Man City has always been an attacking side under Keegan, and Blackburn has scored 2 or more goals in their first two games.
I'd have to go with over 2.5, but i'm not betting it, so good luck to you.

Heres my reasoning....

If you take a look at week 1 and even week 2, alot of teams have been putting up alot of goals to begin the year but I think the truth is difficult to ignore.

Blackburn has lost alot with the departures of Duff and Dunn and their two main forwards Yorke and Cole, really dont amount to much in terms of goal scoring. Matt Jansen has a little more offensive punch but isnt even guaranteed a starting spot. In the middle, I dont know if Reid is suspended or not after getting red carded in the last game but even if he is, him and Emerton cannot be pulling miracles every game.

Put Friedel under the 3 posts and I like what I see.

Now, Man City. Yes Anelka can score but Fowler is stuck in some sort of slump which has to be the worst of his career. His strikes have disappeared and his overall performane has REALLY gone downhill. Man City, on top of this has played a very very boring type of football for the last two years which has made the under lucrative on many occasions. Again, stick Seaman under the 3 posts and you have a solid chance of this thing ending up 0-0.

Good luck on your wagers, ladies and gentlemen.

slim,
dont know if you knew, but fowler was already ruled out before the start of the game with a rib injury.
I slept through, but watched the replay this evening,
A couple cheap goals to be sure, but that is sometimes expected with Man City.
An exciting game anyways.

slim,
game definitely did not end up on your side,
I watched it as a man city supporter, and even the fifth goal was somewhat fluky (through Friedel's legs from the side of the goal),
But knowing Man City, I can tell you they wil get some cheap ones and give up some cheap ones, as that is their style of play , very aggressive.
