A SERIOUS Stat to consider LAKERS/ROCKETS

Just reviewed their games this year and found a niche. Not sure how I am going to play it but I am strongly considering either a 3rd or 4th Quarter Laker play.

Lakers won the 1st 4 games this year before losing 2 nights ago. But even in the 4 losses by Houston, 1st half results were as follows (along with the loss):

-Lakers by 2
-Tied
-Houston by 3
-Tied
-Houston by 11

Thus, even in the wins, the Lakers...winning by 29, 6, 5, and 11 points, pulled away from the Rockets in the 2nd halves......a trend that must not be ignored.

Definitely interesting. BUT

this is the playoffs. not a regular season game.....the Lakers just lost AT HOME and will have motivation, unlike the other games you list above.

at least, that's what I'm banking on!

LOL, this thread was not about rallying the Lakers to finish anything strong in the 1st half. This thread was about FACTS.

Like I said..........Houston once again takes the 1st Half.

Now........lets go the for 3rd Quarter Laker backers........ -3!!!

Well.....the bright side regardless is that playing Lakers -3, 3rd Quarter before the game was smart. The downside is regardless of the FACTS, I didn't have the nuts to play Houston 1st Half. Oh well.......

Its -4 now.

Typically I'd run with this....but Houston has LA's #. L.A. is playing scared and not shooting well. L.A. might very well come out like gangbuster's 2nd half, but I sure as hell ain't playing it. BOL.

Geez dude, I'm wrong all the time. Never be afraid to admit it......I saw your POD, it was the 1st Half......if you're telling me you either bet more on the 1st Qtr or even the same amount as your POD.....then you don't play very well.
