LOL...I think the Yanks would be need to be on the H to sign ARod to a new contract. Waaaa, I want more $...hey good luck and so long to ARod, if he can get someone to give him the contract he wants, good for him. I would do the same. But at the same time, if someone asked me to sign them to a ridiculous contract, I would tell them to walk.

Oh...and feel free to put me atop the death pool list, don't have much time left w/all those cupcakes...LOL

i like how artie fell asleep after that sugar high last week. he went into panic mode when the vending machine (or mac hine) was out of cookies. there are some great photoshops of artie using a huge cupcake as his pillow from last weeks show. ill see if i can fine them

waaaaa the vending mac hine ran out of my favorite cookies. i think ill just pop 3 more subutex waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. waaaaa crazy alice spent $500 at the yankees store.

I'm w/u...Artie is the SHOW...HS has become a complete b!tch since Beth, he's a real prima dona. I cannot stand to listen to him whine either.

They need to keep Bubba b/c H101 doesn't cut it w/Jackie, Interns, Riley, etc. Besides Bubba, Ferrall and SF roundtable are the only non-Bubba shows I listen to on 101 (though sometime Ferrall is too intense for my ride home if I want to wind down).

im pissed they moved riley to the midnight slot. i never hear him and tan now. i was gonna buy a symbol too. i like the miserable men show but now it is on sunday nights and im to busy with football. plus i dont want to sit infront of my computer to listen to them for a few hours on a sunday night.

bubba is great although some of his show is scripted. lasker was funny when he was on. bubba tells it like it is though. not really into scotty although i do like sour shoes as ferall, john sterling, bruce, etc etc

Sour shoes is awesome, an odd ball yet genius / idiot sevant (sp?), but awesome. Forgot about miserable men, good show, but for the same reason as u, busy w/football, as well as hockey/baseball, on Sundays. Though today I should've listened and not football and hockey, great start to the week, fell apart over the weekend.

Right now...

Hicks is somewhere:

:dancefool:pope::103631605:coke::anichamp4:party:

ARod just saved him a $21.3 million dollar check... that he would have had to write to the Yankees.

I love the comments by Peter Gammons, who normally wouldn't say "Shit!" if he had a mouthful: "Buyer beware, he's never played in a World Series, maybe there's a reason for that." Tried to upstage the WS (to say nothing of a likely announcement by the Yankees tomorrow), self centered prick...

Glad Hank Steinbrenner said Arod is not a Yankee & they won't bid for him later, I hope they stick to their guns . Good ridance as far as I'm concerned. A hired gun who never helped a team to a championship.
I'd love Cabrera from Florida to come help the mix of young guys & core Yankee players to compete with the Sox for dominance.

This is possibly the dumbest thing A-Rod could have done.

He would have gotton the most money on a contract extension with New York. Proved himself something other than a phony by sticking with a team and backing up his statement that New York feels like home.

Instead he won't get nearly the same amount of money, because without the Yankees in the mix of the bidding war (they won't persue him) he won't have nearly as much leverage.

Yes he's one of the most dominant hitters of all time but he has zero heart or motivation for the game other than personal statistics and cash. I really think he couldn't care less about winning.

i don't think he cares about winning as much as being the highest paid. Really how much money is enough? Is his ego that big?

you can get 3 top pitchers and win the world series ever year instead of giving money to A-Rod

The guy is a loser period and proven every year

exactly, he is a cancer period and that is why you cannot win with him on your team.
