A Quick Question for a Moderator

Hello,

I am new to this forum and was unable to find a "rules about posting" list so I decided it best to ask here first. I am part of a social psychology lab and we are doing research on fan groups (including sports fans). I was wondering, then, if I would be allowed to post a link to my lab's survey. In case there are rules against advertising I would like to specify that my lab is not making any money off of these, it is all for science. If I still should not post my link I will not. If I am allowed to, though, I was wondering which board I should post my thread on (The Rubber Room, Site Promotions or some place else?)

Years ago when I accessed therxforum there was site I always went to called "Can't pick a winner" and under it were a list of cappers who posted their picks on a daily basis. It was useful and noone else was allowed to post things such as opinions, etc. in that forum. Does that still exist "Can't pick a winner"? Thanks
