A short handed Oregon State team. Penn State homers always want to overlook that fact. Penn State backers better pray for Oregon State to win so they have at least a shot at winning. They have NO SHOT against USC.

BSU just gets no respect. didnt even crack the top 5 a couple of years ago when they beat oklahoma in the fiesta bowl and even had an argument for #1....... the answer is so simple and done in every other division of ncaa football, the 16 team format.
