I'm looking for Bama to come out big this game. State is much better, to put two games in a row together is definitely a step in the right direction; but I think Bama will score some offensive touchdowns and the D and special teams will create some points. I think this game goes very similar to the Kentucky game.

I would have a hard time laying that many points with Bama though. They haven't proven they can score w/out Croyle. They move the ball well running but they can't get the third and longs and vertical passing game going. However, State gives up 175 on the ground and Bama can run the ball very well. They run for 225 a game and people know they are going to run.

Interesting game because this game is big for both schools, State could really turn a corner here and Bama wants to get bowl eligible this year. First chance at a bowl in three years and with games at LSU and then Auburn, they have to win now.

I think Bama would have had an excellent chance of being 8-1 at LEAST coming into this game with a very good chance of winning the next two before the AU game if and that's a HUGE if, Croyle wouldn't have gotten hurt. What an Iron bowl that would have been. Im not a homer either, actually an actually a dyehard AU fan.

Anyway, didn't mean to turn your thread into a different topic, but wanted to get your take on State.

Reb,

Love aTm and Wiskey. I noticed a lot of people in here are on Minnesota, and I just can't figure out why? They have been playing shitty football as of late, and their defense is deplorable.
I may through a small something on the aTm moneyline. I think they have been waiting for this game all year, and to have the chance to ruin Oklahoma's National Title shoot, they will be WILD in College Station on Sat.

With you on the Badgers. They are mad they lost Paul Bunyon's Ax last year and are chomping at the bit to get it back. Their defense should have no problem containing a one dimensional Gopher attack.

Thanks for your comments, guys. It's always good to hear how other people in here are thinking.

Last night I posted my 10* teaser of the year, which won so easily, but I got it up late and most people couldn't get on it. For a make-up, here is another 10* teaser. It is just a notch below last night's easy winner.

10* Teaser: Akron +17, over 41.5

This should be another easy winner.

How's you record been for the year?

Just Curious..

I wish Utah was playing on the road so they'ed only be giving up 16 or 17. I still like them to roll because they are playing for the BCS and need to kill everybody they play.

NY Reb- I have been a follower of the Prescrip for a couple of years now but just started posting. I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. I have made some good $$$ following your plays. I like your Texas A&M and Wisky plays. I am from Wisky and I can tell you we are ready for the Gophers. It has been a long time since we have been serious contenders like we are now. Our boys take pride in simply outmanning the other team which I feel will be done tomorrow. I will be at the game and rooting for you to get the W on this one. Remember we have a lot of seniors on defense including Jimmy L.

TigerBait, I have a feeling Utah will take care of business without much of a problem. Relax, enjoy the game.

Odessey, I'm upgrading our game, so you root really hard:) Hopefully this will be profitable for both of us. Good luck to you, buddy.

Another easy 10* winner on tonight's teaser.

That's 2 10* easy winners on 2 consecutive nights.

Some have expressed skepticism toward my same-game teasers, but more win than not.

I like your card Reb, ATM is also my biggest, The Fran Plan is to repeat the '02 game, Wrecking Crew is gonna be geeked for AD Peterson, and as most foes have, Aggies will score some on a Dvoracek-less Sooner D..they are swinging for the outright again..Fran is looking for his 1st signature win in this regime!

Also like Croom's boys to play hard for him here and stay in game or possible backdoor, and though Shula has an angle to coach for here vs Bama job peer, his team has small lookahead to both the LSU and Auburn Tigers, and need not spend selves nor expose unused playbook.

Wisky's Alvarez looks ready to bring Doc Moseman and 50K back to LA..look for them to score more than their norm here.

Small flyers on Md and USC

Good luck, guys.

I like this card as much as any I've had all year. If it's not a winner I will begin to wonder.

If anyone needs a bailout game tonight, I highly recommend Oregon St. I like it a lot. If I wasn't too lazy to change it, I'd probably make it a 10*.
