It's relevant if she's had sex with 2 other men within a short amount of time. The whole story is that one of the other men could have caused the injuries to her. This is not that difficult.
"The evidence recovered by police included the T-shirt that Bryant wore the night of the incident, which had three small stains of the accuser's blood on it. The smudge was verified to be the accuser's blood by DNA testing and probably was not menstrual blood because the accuser said she had her period two weeks earlier. It was revealed that Bryant leaned the woman over a chair to have sex with her, which allegedly caused the bleeding."

After looking at all the evidence you might be in the 1% that would not convict him.
1) Lacerations on her vagina.
2) A bruise on her neck from a thumb.
3) Injuries near her pubic region.
4) The victim's blood on Kobe's t-shirt.
5) Kobe lied to investigators and initially he didn't have sex with her then when confronted with DNA evidence, told the truth.
By the way, she was hospitalized after the alleged rape because she had attempted suicide. She received death threats and moved five times to avoid media scrutiny. She wasn't loony.
If you were so certain you wouldn't need to elaborate your point with made-up numbers like 1%.

With that being said, I think he's grown up a bit especially in the last few years.
