I looked at a few websites with jobs in Europe for bookmakers and I was not impressed with the wages. If it was another industry I am certain these types of positions would be paid a lot better. I saw one listing for a book GM and the pay, with bonus, would be barely above 100k Euros. Find me a GM in any other business responsible for the kinds of revenues a book takes in and the number of people they need and I am certain he would make more than that.
