I would not touch this team with a ten foot pole tonight. No way no how. There last game was nothing short of an embarrassment. I would much rather lose a game 44-45 then win a game 96-95. Well they didn't even win and the Friars hung 100 on them. That game really scared me. Sure they were extremely banged up and 3 starters didn't start the game, but they still played with no defensive principles what so ever. They played an extremely careless, unmotivated game. There are also all kind of rumors that can bring into question the mental state of this team. Rumor has it that Bohiem is in the middle of trying to cover up a dwi, devendorf got in another fight with a student (true story b/c i know who the kid was), where he was going to have charges filed against him until he had to plead with the kid not to press charges. It is also rumored that Paul Harris recently quit the team, only to have Mike Hopkins drive to Buffalo to talk him into coming back (can explain his shit play as of late). Needless to say this team is an absolute mess right now. Sure Johnny Flynn broke out of his mini 3 game slump in a major way with 35 points and almost single handily leading Syracuse to victory, but they can't beat a very good WVU team with just 1 guy. Rautins and Onaku will play, but are probably not at 100%, and it will be interesting to see how many minutes they will get. Arinze's knee is much better, but still not 100% right. Plus WVU does 2 things well that Syracuse struggles with, that is rebound the ball, and force turnovers. If Syracuse cant keep WVU off the offensive glass they will be in trouble. In all their last game out was very troublesome and I can't see any reason this team warrants a bet. To me this is WVU or nothing, with a strong lean to nothing. Then again what do I know I am just a Syracuse homer with nothing, but blinders on.

I would say under, but after watching their last outing I couldn't play an under and feel comfortable. This team has been too inconsistent since mid January to have any idea how they are going to perform. I think it would be better to lay off and see how they play tonight. There is no good reason to play either side imo without purely gambling.

Love your tagline by the way@)

Only problem for Cuse right now is that Onuaku doesn't want to be out there.

Cuse looking pretty good in the 1st half. Def liking what I see, but this team is known to blow leads. Thought I would also pass along some disheartening news I heard on the pre game radio show. Apparently their last game at Providence Arinze could have played. The coaches were urging him to play cause he has an injury that he couldn't damage any further. If he could deal with the pain then he could play. Obviously the big pussy didn't play so you tell me what you think? I def lost a lot of respect for him hearing that. It shows why this team can't win close games down the stretch, they don't have any heart.
