Ajax-Arsenal Over 2.5 at 1.98 (betfair), i am with pinnacle here considering the over the favourite at around 1.88.
Am I reading this correct? There was (close to) an arb situation and you chose to take the same position as Pinnacle? Hmmmmmm. You should know better (with your database)!

Why should i have known better, i can't see what you mean. I d estimated the game to around 1.9 for the over, pinnacle who are as sharp as they get in terms on their over unders where thinking alike, and i d found something close to a 7% edge at betfair, so i bet it, where am i wrong in my thinking?

Actually i was looking for some (almost) fair small odds to couple my Galata bet and capitalize more on what i thought was a good bet with the Turks. Oh, i can't recall the price for Arsenal at betfair should have been something like 3.7 to lay, might be off by a couple of decimals here. I any case i couldnt find the galata game anywhere but gamebookers, and i couldn's miss a good bet even if i was slightly shortpriced on the ajax double chance bet by gamebookers.

You are not the only one that thinks like that. Some other bookies do too! And those guys sometimes take bets in the size of Pinnacle x 100, so Pinnacle's prices are frequently manipulated. Same thing used to happen at some stage with Macauslot's prices, then obviously books stopped taking them. Simply be careful!
