after not having a losing weekend in forever, last weekend was horrendous by my standards. i understand everyone has a bad weekend now and then...but that was my 1!
AND 1 TOO MANY.
i forced plays(due to a friend in vegas who wanted tons of plays to select from), i mentioned that fact on the thread or in a private message...i don't recall which, i omitted systems on certain games which was a "HUGE" mistake, and put less care in breaking down the games that really mattered.
COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE.
i thought i could sleepwalk through the games and paid an embarrassing price...coupled by the fact the site was down and i could'nt step up and own my weekend bothered me the most!
i have been working longer hours this week and first now have the time to apologize for costing anyone who followed my plays.
NOW...as for week #8.
i have been working this week from the second i got home every night this week until now, and will continue to do so up until i post my thread on friday night.the write ups will have a liitle extra info this week.
for those of you who have followed my picks for years, you might remember my "final destination" plays, they come every now and then but few and far between. if you don't know it or don't remember, it comes straight from the premise of the movie of the same name.
this weekend will not only see me go back to posting only a limited amount of selections,(which i WILL GO unconcious on); but i believe i have enough information on 2 games to lay down my first final destination parlay...BOTH SIDES AND TOTALS on 2 games.
i usually play $10,$20 or $30 on strong parlays if i love them, these 2 games; side and total will see me personally play $100 to $200 on it.(thanks to a side job)
that's more than i ever do, or would consider doing no matter what.
i don't play to make money, i work for money, i play for the pure enjoyment of calling games accurately, that's why this last weekend kills me.
the amount of cash i'm going to put down is to clarify how strong i feel about these 2 games.
i'll give up tons of info this week as usual on the games and my "FD" parlay will be clearly labeled in this weeks insights.
so for the record, anybody who lost a penny on rolling my plays last week, take this weeks posted selections seriously...god knows i am.
