Brady will probably play a series or two in this game, unlike preweek #1 last year, as Belichick wants a "crisper" preseason than 2008 (and to get Tom's feet wet after missing last year). Pats Qbs could be dreadful after Brady's series, though.

that's the kind of answer i was looking for haha. thanks crunch. i was hoping brady would get at least a few series in due to being out of the game for awhile. any input on the other 2?
Well, I'm not touching the NE or WAS games with any plays at all, but I would hold off on the DAL play, wink wink I'll be posting write ups about an hour before games during the preseason.
I doubt you will see much of Brady they are impressed from what they have seen.. the talk around here is who the backups will be. O'Connell has progressed, but they just brought in Cleo Lemon and Andrew Walter, to go along with Hoyer who they have been impressed with out of Mich State. So likely a lot of reps for all those guys as they try to figure out the QB position. The Pats also have a ton of starters on the PUP list this preseason, so I would be very careful.. although they do want to have a better preseason than last years which was not good at all
Yes, midman, those are the rumblings I'm hearing now, that Brady will likely not play much in spite of his desires. With the Pats QB carousel seeing a lot of action, and with Kevin Kolb now out for the Eagles (which means AJ Feeley should see a lot of playing time) it's definitely the Eagles or nobody for me, and I just put a minimum play down on the Eagles.
