It's like they don't know Kennedy voted against the law, it's Chief Justice Roberts that was the swing vote. He did so after rewriting the law by calling the mandate a tax thus making it Constitutional. The 4 liberals, of course, didn't care about the Constitutionality of the law.
Obamacare is not going back to the SC anyhow, and if it did why would the previous ruling be overturned? Either a liberal or Roberts would have to flip.
The beauty about calling the mandate a tax means it's easy to undue, which is what the Republicans did last year. Nobody can contest a tax cut passed by the legislature and signed by the President, that's their job.
