It's good to see Turner doing well at Buffalo. He should have been given the chance of HC at Nebraska IMO.

Vandy still sucks and will get raped in the SEC. Look for a generous line next week after their win tonight

Going to be an interesting line and game against Vandy next week. South Carolina is going to need better QB play. Beecher can't throw 4 picks again. I like USC by 10 either way.

Beecher probably won't see the field next week. Unless they're struggling with Smelley. Using Mike Davis the whole game should help the offense. Taylor Rank looked like quite a drop off. Also, they'll get Merideth back for the OL after the Vandy game. Too bad they play Georgia that week.

Turner Gill knows his football. And he'll soon be moving on to bigger and better things.

Guys, one of the things you should have noticed as well last night is that the old adage "if you have two QBs you have none at all" holds true. Two teams were playing last night where a starting QB was not named until a week before the game -- South Carolina and Baylor. Fortunately for us South Carolina bettors, Spurrier got the right QB in the game in the second half and the SC defense played up to their preseason billing. Baylor never got going against Wake Forest.

I can think of at least two more of these situations coming up this weekend, one is tonight, SMU, and the other is tomorrow with North Texas.

Can anybody think of some others?

Auburn for one. Kodi SHOULD start but Chris Todd will certainly get plenty of reps.

Pitt, Southern Miss, and UCLA all have QB's decided in the last couple weeks. I'll be against all three of those clubs... .
