Got to play a San Gennaro gig tonight. My wife, who passed away years ago, was from a connected family in NYC. I remember going to a Mob wedding back in the day and there was this little dude playing a Gretsch guitar that was almost as big as he was in a Torintella Band. I didn't realize until years later that he was Joe Pesci. Scorsese and Deniro loved him because he had balls and made him a Star. A little NYC music trivia.
I played the UNDER in the AZ St. game very hard. I got it at 52' earler this week. Time to go get some serious heartburn. Rule #2 if you want a serious band is to play music that people can dance to. We will have an older crowd tonight and will do just that. A lot of slow stuff because drummers work for their money unlike whimpy guitar players. Just kidding.
GL for the rest of the night!

Here's a local kid that made good www.jbonamassa.com . He used to sit in w/ us when he was 10 yrs. old. He was the youngest player ever to be indorsed by Fender. His dad sells guitars to my bro. If you dig Blues, he's the future. Gotta run.
