$850 Need 3 bedroom house/condo

I am in immediate need of renting a house or condo in the Escazu area for 6 months. I prefer something unfurnished, but if it's furnished, that's ok. I am a mom with 3 small kids and a cat. I can pay $850/month, or less if possible. I am hoping for a small yard, gated area, or some outdoor playspace for the kids. We are very caring, reliable, and responsible tenants. I am forced to find something quickly due to a life situation change. I hope you can help us. Thank you!

I have the perfect place for you, downside is not in Escazu, but if you are willing to move to a different location, such as Tibas/Moravia, I can offer you your dream house.

We have a 3 bedroom condo in Villas Jade (Tibas, about 1 km away from Lincoln School) the lady that was renting left two days ago.
