I actually think he is getting a bit too much respect. Olendorf's deravitive numbers suggest his current production more luck than skill. His FIP is nearly 5 (nearly a 1 more than his ERA). He has pitched poorly on the road this season, and has really struggled against left handed hitters. 6 of the 8 bats the Brewers will throw at him will bat from the left side. His flyball rate is higher than he would like this season, and getting progressively higher. Last start may have looked good on the surface, but he allowed 12 flyballs and 4 line drives with only getting 2 ground outs. Fatigue may be starting to step in, as he has only accumulated this many innings once in his career (3 years ago).
I am not bullish on Suppan. In fact, I bet heavily against him in his first start coming off the DL. However, the market now seems to be really bearish on him, and at this price, I am willing to back him.

I think they are not being valued to their potential, and the have flown the under the radar recently despite winnning 9 of their last 13. That said, the last 3 series they have played teams in which I have been consitently bearish on relative to the market, so value is coming from both angles. It will be interesting to see where they are priced against the Red Sox in their next series.
