She has been around for quite a while:

With 7’2”Margo Dydek looming in the middle for the Silver Stars, opponent’s had a tough time finding their way to the basket. Dydek won the WNBA’s blocked shots title for the sixth consecutive year sending away 2.91 attempts a game. “Large Marge” surpassed 600 blocked shots for her career, becoming the only player in WNBA history with more than 500 blocks when she sent away three attempts at Phoenix on August 22. She helped the Silver Stars finish first in the league in blocked shots denying 4.91 shots a game. The 2003 season was the seventh year in a row that the Silver Stars/Starzz franchise had a player win the WNBA’s blocked shots title.

Sherman: I don't watch it, or bet on it ,yet. I couldn't miss this though. The local paper has a picture on p.1 of sports section that takes up half the page.

Bump for General, he must have something to say about a female that's 7-2. I showed article to my 4-11 wife, she said " I wish I was 7-2". I don't think she would keep that wish if it was possible ! That's freakish tall.


I'm 6' even, I wouldn't want to be 7', I suppose I'd take 6-6 over 5-6, but that's as tall as I'd ever want to be !

Pete: she's tall, looks tough, not pretty girl. Looks like an orange cup ( see RR). Should be a great shot-blocker. The height should overwhelm anything in WNBA, by far.

I know nothing of her skils on court. You figure that out !
