My mistake, that is their rules for Sweatheart Teasers. Here is Hollywood's rules on normal football teasers:
Football teasers: In case of No Action or a Tie on any game in a 3 team teaser or more, the teaser automatically reverts down to the next lowest number of teams. (4 team teaser with a tie becomes a 3 team teaser). Any two team teaser with a winner and a tie or no action is considered a tie.
