I'm going to the game, so I'm really excited. Night game in St Louis, and that atmosphere is awesome. Mizzou probably wins, but that's why they play the games.

For me to lose the bet, they gotta go 6-6 and therefore go to a low tier bowl. With arguably the hardest OOC schedule in the nation, they could easily go 0-3 (Oklahoma, BYU, ND). If they do that, or even go 1-2, they have to win at least 5 games in conference, with their only gimmie game at home to Stanford. Outside of that game, can you confidently say they are going to win @ Arizona or the Apple Cup? Even at home against Oregon State (lost last 5 against the Beavs) or the Neuhiesal homecoming game? They have to win the majority of those games, because they won't win @ Oregon, @ USC, vs ASU, or @ Cal to end the year. I'd be shocked if they won any of those 4.

That bet is a push at the absolute worst in my mind.

BYU is going to win 10 games this year and has the best chance of being the Hawaii of last year as they return 9 starters on offense including their QB, RB, and top 2 WRs. UW isn't winning that game.

They lost at home to 'Zona last year by way of giving up 500 yards to Tuitama who is back for his senior year. UW is going to be dogs in that game.

Arizona State sucks? Suppose to be the biggest challenge to SC in the conference this year, so I'd be shocked if they lost to UW.

ND, Stanford, and WSU are all winnable games. But they are by no means gimmies. That's why I like this bet. There isn't one game on the schedule either in conference or out of conference that you can positively say UW is going to win. I'll take my chances that they don't win 6 tossup games.

Locker is an amazing athlete, but he's still an unpolished QB that can't throw the deep ball worth a damn. I'm not fading Locker obviously, but it's the talent around him on offense and the atrocious defense that's coming back for UW.

If he gets hurt, then hello 2-10 and an easy winner. Good luck this CFB season bro.
