6.30 am hurricane update

really hitting now here in baton rouge...winds upwards of 60mph....im hearing trees snap every few minutes...raining fairly hard but not flood type yet....gas and ice in short supply all around here.....stores were closing early last night after running out of both....lights ahve gone out maybe 6 yimes since about 2am so its just a matter of time now.....winfs picking up as i type......power lines are cracking

power out in the dome.....lights are on back up generator but no a/c will mean those people are really in for a bad time....thats going to turn into a huge disaster that will be 2nd guessed for years to come....have no clue how they will feed them either.....
