the crappiest book on the planet wouldn't allow their CS people to laugh/poke fun of a customer that lost money. so you would have to assume that because 5dimes gets 99% satisfied customers and positive feedback here that your case was the exception and not the rule.

that CS person has either been fired or quit otherwise we would have heard more about this.

I think 5 dimes is great. I bet on sports so that is what I know about them. I could care less about casino games or bonuses.

5 dimes offers so many lines. They offer tennis lines on every match and you can parlay tennis there which you can't do at Olympic, Pinnacle...
They also pay.
I think the book is great.
A definite out if you are a tennis bettor.

5 Dimes needs a major software upgrade and easier to read lines pages, color code them or something by sport and category, right now too draining on the eyes.

Danny May:

Apparently there's more to your story than what you have posted. But since these guys do not like to discuss these matters in the forums, it seems like you will not be exposed today. Danny, you shouldn't be throwing stones if you live in a glass house.

Just a friendly tip.

Walk- You are a good poster and I always make sure if I come across your name to read what you have to say. I myself have to start growing some thicker skin. For almost a year I hardly posted because people got on me for different issues.

5 dimes is a good book that I can't beat.

Krackman:

Thanks for the props. Coming from you, it's really a compliment.

I'm in no way related to 5Dimes. I happened to know the owner, he's got a reputation of being really sharp, he likes to run his shop like a clockwork. However, the guy doesn't really like the forums.

There is more behind Danny May's story, but as I said, I have to respect the fact that he doesn't wanna get involved in a mud slinging war.

5Dimes as you say my man is a good book. The fact that is hard for you to make a profit off of their lines, speaks volumes of them.

What I really despise are the posters that make gratuitious statements, without ever considering the consequences of their lack of foundations, when talking freely about something they do NOT know.

Good luck for this NFL season, Krackman... not that you need it anyway.

I use 5dimes nothing wrong with them a little outdated but with all the props and bets they offer it's hard to beat.Don't like the 15 cent baseball until afternoon though.

Anyone who doesn't play at Five Dimes for baseball is really not a serious player.
Five Cent overnights can not be beat anywhere.

I know someone with a mid 5 fig balance there who knows the place & he isn't the least bit worried.

I don't see any reason why anyone else should.

NOTE: I may be slightly biased by the ungodly amounts they lost to me during the NHL playoffs with their -2 / +400 to 600's that cashed to no end.

Everyone will have their own thoughts and it is certainly well within a players rights to not play at a shop. In fact part of the good about these sites is hearing what others say about an off-shore book. It would be nice if the tone were different when a player voiced his displeasure, I don't play at XXXXXX book because .................

Instead we often get that #@&*%$#@& shop who $@#%&*$%*$ up their #@$%^&*#@$!!! I guess it's a losing battle but since it is about off-shore we try and allow all of it to stay here, just wish we could concentrate on actual issues with the same zeal we try to insult others. For the record I like 5Dimes and the variety they offer. They don't want bonus whores there but I believe there is value in playing there. Spoke to the owner earlier today and for what it's worth he seems like a decent guy who handles himself well. Limited dealings with him but when I do talk to him he is very reasonable in anything that comes up. For us on these sites that makes it nice when trying to assist players if a need arises.

5dimes is a good solid book. Love their variety of lines and they pay. They only pay cashiers checks out on Mondays, which sucks.

Walkoflife,

I live in a glass house because I need the windows. Living in a home with no form of windows can drive a man crazy.

I do not know what you are referring to when you say there is more to this story. making this type of statement is very misleading. Yes it is true that I was probably not as nice as I could have been. I am a little bit of a hot head at times. That is something I need to work on. However, I never scammed 5 dimes and I never threatened anyone. I simply told them that I thought the casino was BS and the misgrade burned my ass as well. Looking back I am sure the misgrade was a simple mistake, but considering the BS that happened in the casino I wasnt sure that it wasnt intentional. That being said I still dont believe the C/S should be so unprofessional just because I was a little pissed off about the 2 situations. They should still act in a professional way. I didnt threaten them or cuss them and I certainly didnt scam 5 dimes out of money in any way. Therefore your comment about there being more to this story is beyond me. However, I do respect the fact that you stick up for your friend.

I guess we should leave it at that. I will never play at 5 dimes again, therefore 5 dimes and I should both be happy.

I have plans tonight through the weekend as I do most weekends. Therfore I will not post again at the RX until at least Monday morning. Please dont mistake this absence for avoidance of this issue.

As a player you're free to play where you wish. If you didn't find value in 5Dimes, then more power to you.

I will not elaborate further, because I don't wanna come off as if I was attacking you. The fact of the matter is that you're free to play where you want.

Good luck this coming season.

you can choose how the screen is layed out & once you get used to it, its not that hard to find what you want. id rather have this type of software than the motion/graphics bullshit that pollutes many sites.
