many complaints about slow pay trends (including my own), and others even knocking certain books' reputation

my second payout request in as many months was amazingly fast by today's standards

while the first payment took the typical approximately 20 days, the last one was received in about 5 days (maybe 6, I was in LV so I'm not sure exactly, I know it arrived while I was gone)

that's by far the fastest I've received funds in 7 or so years, maybe longer (except for in-house transfers of course)

Let us know how the check goes.

Gamblers are a feisty bunch and many trash the 5dimes team, but all the people I"ve dealt with at 5dimes have been cool and respectful with me. And it is operated efficiently. My favorite US book.

No ass-kissing, just the facts.

If a book does shit, I"ll fucking say it and call them on it. Cheers to 5dimes. And congrats on your payouts. :toast:

I can't believe that 5-6 days is considered fast now. That seems like a loooong time to collect winnings. And 20 days is absolutely unforgivable. Wow.

I should clarify, I am not knocking 5 Dimes. I just can't believe the state of the industry these days. I haven't used 5 Dimes since things went dark.

5 days isn't bad, that's about what it takes at WSOP online poker, which is legal in Nevada. The sport's betting apps in Nevada are the best though, you get paid when ever you want cash on the spot.

+1.

Immediate payouts not a perk anymore, euro sportbooks and poker rooms such as 888, WilliamHill, Bte365 take 2-5 biz days to process my WD's to Skrill (moneybookers) or Neteller... after that, takes 1-2 biz days to hit my bank account.

Cashed out on tuesday from 888 and got it til today into my skrill account, I did 3 more WD's yesterday and still pending. This is what bothers me, if you process the 1st one why not process the other ones all together, save everybody involved time????

No doubt about it and exactly why I don't play offshore. Nothing beats an instant payout.

Just requested another recent w/d from 5dimes. All have been smooth as a whistle. Fast, efficient and the reps are helpful. You can't process it any faster than that.

I know it sounds like shilling, but I'm not. I see all these people complaining and talking shit. They must just barge in and start off with a "fuck you" and go from there. It's mindblowing. Kudos to 5dimes.

Great stuff. Thankyou)(&

No, coming from you it don't sound like "shilling". You "tell it like it is" in general and would especially do this in regards to this subject so your input is very appreciated.

5dimes is ok if you cash out $250-$1000 about 3 times a year otherwise if you win a lot of money from them, you will basically be under a payment plan with them. Every so often they send you the maximum allowed under their terms about once a week. There is no telling that all the people add up over a period of time that are owed money and then the company folds. I know that 5dimes has a lot of attractive betting offers that nobody else has to offer but they don't deserve any of our money.

If you want to see for yourself about 5dimes, i would suggest looking at the 5dimes twitter feed. Compare all the 5dimes twitter feeds compared to all the outlets connected to the Digital Exchange poker outlets and sportsbooks. Load the tweets as far back as you can to earlier this year. Have you lost track of what 5dimes has done over the years? Do you not think that having bad lines up on a consistent basis doesn't equate to bad customer service? Customer service does not necessarily just have to do with talking to their reps over the phone. And let me tell you they have too many bad customer phone reps. Not all of them are bad but there's way too many bad ones.

Do the research for yourself but here's a couple of quick questions i can think of for 5dimes at the top of my head that i can think of at the moment. Why in the world are amazon gift cards offered as payouts? Can you turn amazon gift cards into cash? Another thing, i can deposit at bookmaker with a credit card, make some money and cash out through bitcoin. Why does 5dimes only allow you to cash out with bitcoin if you deposited with bitcoin?

Yes i know you're probably a person that has never ever had a problem cashing out with 5dimes but i gotta tell ya' There is no way that 5dimes keeps paying people out on a smooth consistent basis unless you are a net losing player. If you start becoming a winning player, in other words your credit card deposits compared to your cash outs show winnings for months on a consistent basis, that is the time that you will get slow paid and dicked around. They will find an excuse against you because they don't care if you stop playing with them.

Get with any sportsbook/poker affiliated with Digital Exchange. Of all the places that accept players in the usa, they have the most funds. That means your money is safe and can only get airtight even more so if former people from 5dimes moves on over. They have the best freerolls including that one that's currently being offered every other week connected to this forum and they deserve more business.

an amazon gift card is essentially just like cash. You can order everything in the world at amazon and the prices are great

Was that a plug for Digital Electricity?

I've read all the threads over the years and I've been with 5d for years. Never had a problem. O/c, that doesn't mean others haven't. As for reps... well, I treat people with respect. I have never had a problem with the reps. And I know gamblers are a feisty bunch... and if their wagers aren't going well, there can be some jump in emotions for sure. And that would translate to pounding on the help. So I know they put up with a lot of shit. But they have always been respectful and quick with me.

Had around mid 4-figures processed at the end of last year. Not even the blink of an eye or a hesitation. Doing w/d's now. This email was first time ever a 'delay', if you can call it that. I'm sure it will likely be available tmrw.

A plug for Digital Exchange is only going to come across as a plug if you don't feel like doing the research yourself. It's not just about trying to talk to people over twitter who had all those complaints in the past against 5dimes, it's also about substantiating their claims because a lot of those complaints are not legitimate. In other words if they don't know how to file away paperwork, if they don't know how to use a scanner, i mean if they don't know how to use a pencil to scribble in the credit card imprint that is not to count against 5dimes for the morons who are too lazy to do these simple things.

So you don't feel like getting used to how twitter works? That's fine, get used to all the popular gambling forums on the internet that have reputable people exchanging unbiased information. Yes i understand how it is when people get angry about tony williams being a dick at 5dimes. Just because tony williams was a dick to them is not a complaint that needs to go against 5dimes, it's not against the law to be a dick, in fact lawyers are dicks all the time in the courtroom.

I realize that 5dimes has not been a problem for you, but what i ask of you and anybody else in your shoes is to stop, and think for a little bit. Take the time to find out about the legitimacy of certain things. Glad that you have been winning to be excited about collecting off the withrawals, well keep winning. Have you figured out what your net winnings or net deposits have been with respect to your credit card deposits or deposits overall whichever method that you use?

So you are ok with receiving an amazon gift card as payment for winning with the sportsbook on 5dimes? I'm sorry but that is not acceptable for me when we've got bitcoin on the market in which some sportsbooks pay you out in a matter of minutes after you request the withdrawal. What's the turnaround time for 5dimes to process withdrawals? 48 hours from the time you request it? Yes people, i am not kidding when i tell you that there are sportsbooks out there that pay you out within MINUTES that you request a withdrawal.

We need more people to be more open minded and not come across as an ostrich who sticks their hand in the ground just because everything has been going smooth. You are better off taking it very personal that there are outstanding people who have had their accounts shut down because they won too much money. Not only do i want to continue to feel that i will get paid in timely manner but i want to continue to have decent freerolls and no i am not talking about the $2.50 guaranteed ones that run throughout the day. I mean here's 1 that just showed up on the betdsi client today that i see as an example. It's called OnTheMat "Lucky Gi" submission series offering over $500 in prizes. Why does there always seem to be really good decent freerolls being offered for nothing every so often? It's because the company is doing well enough to be offering these things from time to time and i hope they continue to be this way.

There's so many things i can mention about the Digital Exchange line of products that they have to offer but let me tell you 1 other thing a lot of people forget about. Live-In-Game betting was not something that was offered years ago. I mean NHL live in game betting barely started getting offered last season i believe it was. Prior to that it was only certain tv games that were offered in between periods, let alone live in game betting for most, if not all the games. Why would anyone offer live in game betting like that? It's because the company is doing well enough to offer it. And don't tell me about the shitty 5dimes live in game betting currently being offered, that is a total joke ripoff. What about the live in game betting that 5dimes offered earlier this year that got canned? Yeah that's right, they had to shut off that shit because they lost a lot of money on it and they didn't have the capital to keep that going.

A lot of people are just not paying attention, and maybe they don't know how to pay attention. Let me tell you that i'm not a guy that started betting last night either, i've been around a really long time and i know when something is bullshit. I am a very fair and impartial person too so is 5dimes bullshit? yes but do play in their grand poker $500 freeroll every sunday. Yes do try and win something in the sportsbook if you cash out 1 of those but do not plan on winning more than say $500. In other words if you try and do a fun open 25 game parlay with a lot of -500 or -1000 to try and cash out $5000 or more, do not do it.

Again do NOT just read the bad threads about 5dimes, do NOT just read the bad comments on 5dimes over twitter. The next time someone says something bad about them, try and substantiate their claims to understand who might be a fault. Pretend that you are a judge presiding over the case because you want to be fair about who's at fault. Have patience from now on and don't be lazy about trying to get the real story. If i want to buy an amazon gift card, i can easily do that after i get bitcoin so let me have the power to do that myself. Don't force me to take those things because i'm not willing to wait a couple of weeks or more for a check to clear, fuck that.

Lol, a 1,000 word essay? You're too wired up about this.

Let me ask you. (And this thread isn't about Digital Lightbulbs)

Have you been stiffed by 5dimes? If so, state your case. State you won 30K and they never paid you out. Then I will listen.

I've read tons of threads across tons of forums. And I understand. And I haven't run into any problems myself. The minute I do, I will say it.

For the time being, do this: State how much you won at 5d and how much they stiffed you for?

the 1,000 word essay was not against you RunMaker. I would never make you listen because i already know that you won't ever listen. Did you notice i mentioned the amazon gift card when you weren't the 1 who even brought it up? It was something i wrote for anyone who happens to come across it and take the time in order to read it. I was just using certain things that people have said like yourself in here to make open discussion. It's not really that big of a deal but it just makes you think. Right now we are not able to connect with each other RunMaker, but sometime in the future, you will think about what i said in this thread years from now and then you might say "oh yeah maybe TheCrow had a point." or maybe you will not say this, it doesn't really matter.

What i already know is that some people are going to understand what i'm talking about but they will not reply in this thread. Then there's going to be some people who make note of it, then see what i might be talking about later and then they will understand me. i guarantee you that for people who have started gambling within the last few years or so are not going to be able to understand where i am coming from.

i can also guarantee you that some people are scared of bitcoin and don't really know what it's about. i mean a few months bitcoin was somewhere around $225, now it's almost $300. Then there's some people who probably thinking to themselves is Digital Exchange the same as bitcoin? Like i said the 1,000 word essay was made for an open discussion NOT if 5dimes stiffed me or not, ABSOLUTELY not the point i was trying to make.

You should make your own thread with your points. I do not seek to censor you.

Again, let's get back to what this thread is about: 5d and payouts.

If 5d has stiffed and not paid you, let's hear about it. Otherwise you're doing nothing but clogging up this thread. And again, I have no problem with you expressing your opinions on different subjects, but right now you have the floor regarding getting stiffed.

HAS 5D EVER STIFFED YOU? Did you not get paid and how much was it?

As for your other topics, just make another thread.
