I've been betting with 5dimes when thegreek left the U.S. Ever since then, I've miss thegreek dearly for their exceptional customer service. I chose 5dimes because their extensive betting options and ignoring the shitty customer service. From my experience, there customer service has been on the decline. Now, it has hit the crescendo. I requested a payout on oct 27 for 2100 bucks via courier check (fed ex). They said it take, at the longest, 7 to 10 business days, but most of the time it takes 3 or 5 business days. I called this morning and the 5dimes customer rep said wait until tomorrow. I just called tonight and the customer rep said they will start an investigation because it shouldnt take this long.
It's going to take several additional days when I get the news why I havent received the check. I know that 5 dimes will not stiff me but payouts should be prompt and convenient. Plus, I need the damn check now!
