I stopped using that shop when every credit card I used with them had the numbers stolen. And then same thing happened to a friend.

Happened to me as well and another of our RX brothers. Unfortunately, was the card processor they were using, not 5Dimes. They've switched and I think that problem has been cured.

I woke up to over $5000 of lottery pending wagers that drained my account. I didn't even know there was such a thing. They said there was a glitch with lottery and they would restore account balances asap. Many others same problem. Now the site is completely down. Gotta love it.

Likewise. I noticed it this morning. I had a balance of $8 left. All the few hundred lottery wagers were entered this morning at exactly 8:52 a.m. ET. They didn't give me any information. Just said they would fix it.

i've heard that from a few people now. i guess there is rampant fraud at 5d.

they arent doing any upgrades. either their server went down or the are under DDOS attack
always important to have multiple books...

Had it happen once with me, but nothing in over 6 months (low bar I know lol)

Their mobile site is back up -- I'm on it right now and balance is in tact.

PSA: There appears to be a rogue 5D Android App in the play store. It is NOT their App.

I sent a screenshot and link to 5D about it. I wonder if people were using it got their logins phished and lotto played on their behalf.

Agreed. Going on 2.5 hrs now. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere next week unless they offer up some type of compensation

I got in for a few minutes on the mobile site -- I have a balance over $1k in tact. I wouldnt worry about that.

My concern is the level of competence that allows their site to be down for this long. Makes me uneasy about keeping any of sum of money with them.
